Snacks' Twitter favs mean nothing, but I see he fav'd a Tweet suggesting Animal Collective, Kanye, TVOTR, the Strokes, Flying Lotus, Rustie, Kendrick, Run the Jewels. Again, this means nothing but it is rampant
Okay I'm going to summarize some of the thread. Gonna list the artists based on tour dates and then throw in a couple that we seem to have a strong feeling about.
Based on tour dates: The Decemberists Sleater-Kinney José González Excision Rustie (cancelled Seattle, said he would be back but no Seattle date on new dates) Milky Chance Father John Misty (no NW dates at all)
Strong feeling: David god damn Bowie Run the Jewels TV on the Radio Spoon

Just to bring it up again: i think TV on The Radio is a pretty likely headliner candidate. I see them in the same position the National was in late 2013, where people weren't sure if they were quite up to that status yet. But they last played in 09, and this new album is about as dancey/stadium-ready as they've ever been.
At the very least, I bet they're one of the Primavera crossovers next year.
I'm almost certain they'll be there. Still not convinced that they could headline though, but we'll see...
I won tickets to see the Smashing Pumpkins last time they were in Calgary. It basically amounted to 60 minutes of Billy playing the entirety of whatever masturbatory new "experimental" album he had just put out followed by 10-12 of the classics.
Run the Jewels - Run the Jewels 2 Azealia Banks - Broke With Expensive Taste Dean Blunt - Black Metal Pavement - Brighten the Corners Radiohead - OK Computer Radiohead - Kid A GZA - Liquid Swords Gravediggaz - 6 Feet Deep TV on the Radio - Seeds Big K.R.I.T. - Cadillactica El-P - I'll Sleep When You're Dead Rustie - Glass Swords Flying Lotus - You're Dead!
Also do you guys think there's a possibility that they might announce a headliner at the time of presale? It's probably not likely but they might need a feel to "win back" the legions of hostile Facebook posters.
The Strokes are headlining Primavera, which doesn't overlap with Sasquatch this year. They could possibly be a headliner, since we know they'll be playing shows around the time. Foo Fighters will be in the UK starting on May 25th, so if they're gonna be at Sasquatch then it'll probably have to be one of the first days, although planes are a thing so whatever.
