Soooo Can I be safe in assuming that thursday evening will be an awesome ramble around the campsite and meet everyone fun time? I think we'll be getting there around 6pm and there are only two at our site so once we are settled we look forward to meeting some new friends.
Also is there running water at the campsite for washing up etc?

I have only travelled on it once, and had no idea how lame the cafeteria was. Here I am used to fracking White Spot on the BC Ferries and then you get on the good ole Black Ball and all you can buy is yogurt, cereal, and lame pastries... We fast tracked to Jack in the Box once we got off the crazy thing.

Oh I definitely look forward to buying some cheap american booze. Anyone know of any super-awesome grocery stores in Port Angeles? We're boating in to there directly from Vic... So are we!! What ferry are you taking? The 11 on thursday morning. So excited!

Yeah, usually I go solo to festivals so I don't have to answer to or for anyone... Hopefully everything will go smoothly. I'm pretty sure we will just have an awesome time, but it is always good to check in if you loose your friends for the better part of a day or two...lol

cool. The phones will just be for pictures and texting/finding drunken lost people. The friend I am going with has never been to a music festival before (gasp!) and has a history of getting outlandishly blackout drunk.... From what I have heard Sasquatch is not terrible and the people that go are pretty considerate so hopefully she will be fine and I won't have to babysit too much...

Yo... I have been to festivals in the past that have cell charging tents. Does Sasquatch offer this? Is there even service out there? Should I just bring my semaphore flags instead?

Another thing to bear in mind is that food is cheaper south of the border. So again, in general, I would plan to stop at a grocery store in WA and buy the vast majority of what you want. This goes for booze as well, don't bother bringing it across the border. Oh I definitely look forward to buying some cheap american booze. Anyone know of any super-awesome grocery stores in Port Angeles? We're boating in to there directly from Vic...

Thanks J-Dawg.
Also..... OHMYEFFINGGODIAMSOEXCITED
just sayin. I have not been to a festival like this since Outside Lands like three years ago.... and you can't even camp onsite there, so I guess Pemberton... Looking forward to making some friends and havin some serious dancing fun.

My friend and I are popping our sasqu cherries this year and are travelling from Victoria, BC. We would like to know if any Canadian compadres have ever had any issue with bringing home baked goods across the border. No they will not contain any 'special' ingredients, we just want some super-awesome-healthy-muffins and tasty cookies to graze on. I have travelled in the US so much but have never brought baked goods over...lol
