I genuinely wasn't trying to sound upset about that! I was just saying that I don't fully know how it works since I'm not personally using it. 'Twas a simple misunderstanding!

Finally got ourselves signed up for that Obamacare business; got our cards in the mail, all that. Thought: sweet. Now the plethora of prescriptions that we require will not be prohibitively expensive. But no. Not. It doesn't cover my adderall, which is not half as surprising as the fact that it doesn't even cover Stormy's fucking albuterol inhaler. What the fuck kind of insurance prescription plan doesn't cover fucking albuterol? What the fuck DOES it cover? Fuck. Pardon my ignorance, but isn't Obamacare similar to Alberta Health Care in that it covers trips to the hospital and doctors (broken bones, lacerations, gun shots ect.), whereas your employer benefits cover things like prescription corn chips? Pardon MY ignorance if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure it is supposed to be comprehensive. People (that I know of) don't carry different types of insurance for emergencies and regular things like prescriptions.

Last year they had a Nacho Picasso set and a few DJ sets at the Red Bull Seattle set-up Where the hell was it? I tried every single night to look for, or at least hear, where the party truck was. I couldn't find it on any night, nor did anybody that I talked to.

I echo those folks, plus adding that Tycho, Tourist and Banks will all kick ass. Definitely Gesaffelstein and the don Boys Noize though.

I recently had the realization that The War On corn chips were in fact scheduled for Julysquatch, not Maysquatch, and then got very very sad. This album is made to be played at a festival. They were? You sure you aren't thinking of Kurt Vile? The War on corn chips were never on the lineup. Wow, I must have liked the album so much that I convinced myself they were on the lineup. I guess that makes me feel better? Or maybe it's a sign of my impending dementia. Either way, I'm too excited for Sasquatch to care.

Thanks for this. It's no longer a matter of idealism -- you broke one of the actual rules, and now you're banned. See you around, clown. I bet that felt good. You haven't had many other real opportunities for banning this Sasquatch season, right? I bet your trigger finger was getting itchy as soon as he made the second post about diapers.

That wasn't in MLA format; I'm afraid you'll have to try again.

Anyone heard any news on if they're doing the dj sets in the campground again? Do we remember when they announced them last year? Am I the only one who didn't find/hear/see this happening at all last year?? They announced the lineup and I was excited, but then I never saw this happening and was sad about it. In any case, the DJ set will be at my camp, playing from my phone. Party time.

I'm going to deliver! I spent most of my day assembling new Ikea furniture, then I bought my wristband from Cbats (!!!!!!!), and now it's time to get down to the dirty work on the mix. Expect it tomorrow at some time.

I would trade some Corn Chips for some corn chips, given the right circumstances.

I hate going to LA so much but that lineup is just so good. My friend went to FYF last year and said he had a really good time, so I've got faith it's well put together as well.
I'll make an official decision after Sasquatch, but my free Airbnb money is burning a hole in my pocket and this seems like a good way to use it.

FYF Fest in LA has a superb lineup of electronic music alone, not to mention the other genres being pretty solid. And it's only $129 for the two day pass. I'm considering it. It's got Flying Lotus, Darkside, Jamie xx, Caribou, Daphni, Four Tet, Todd Terje, John Talabot, and tons of others. That's like, all of my favorite things. fyffest.com/

I thought I posted this before, but I don't see it anywhere so I might be wrong. Here's the mix I made for the What The Fest contest that I didn't win. It's got lots of good house music with some subtle edits all over the place. Check it out. I was kind of disappointed they went with a bunch of trap-heavy mixes for the Pool Party mixes was looking for something more like yours with some more chilled out house and such. Nice mix, I'm jammin it here at work as my Friday treat. I just realized I didn't reply to this! I totally thought they'd be going for a more fun-in-the-sun house music type of vibe, which is right up my alley, but I guess I was very wrong about that. None of the mixes that made the top 5 impressed me at all.
