Edit: Did anyone see that girl that was on top of a guys shoulders at Vic Mensa taking selfies? That was so funny, she never realized everyone was laughing at the big screen while they were focusing on her. i.imgur.com/SOnrLut.jpg

QOTSA just confirmed an appearance at Download Festival in the UK, June 16-18. That's a convenient time to be doing a festival gig close to Sasquatch... www.facebook.com/QOTSA

"Not saying this is official or anything, but the same leak came from the same source last year and it ended up being true." From www.facebook.com/thepeak.

1. Bon Iver 2. St. Vincent 3. Explosions in the Sky 4. Jack White 5. Tenacious D
HM: The Joy Formidable, Feist
Anybody catch how high the singer/guitarist of Silversun Pickups was? I thought their set was really entertaining for that factor alone.

What do you all know about the "Reserved RV" campsite? From the Livenation page, here's a description:
"Reserved RV - oversized spaces (30' x 50') close to the Amphitheatre and not in the main campground. Short walk to the main gates, free showers. "
Do you know if they have bathrooms? Or if they are restricted exclusively to RVs?
Sounds like a good deal to me ($226 vs $196 for Premiere) especially given the closer proximity to the festival. In the first year to allow re-entry, this could be very convenient.

It looks like Livenation is all out of premiere camping passes. www.livenation.com/event/0F004752CDA84817And I forgot to buy one early. Anyone know whether or not more premiere camping passes will go on sale closer to the start of the festival? Any other insight related to acquiring premiere camping passes a little late in the game? I heard you can buy a pass when you show up to the campground, but that sounds potentially sketchy to me. I would be shocked to hear that the premiere camping passes have completely sold out -- I have distinct memories of wide open spaces at the campsite last year.

Why not fly into Pasco? The Tri-Cities are less than a two hour drive to the Gorge.

Plus considering I don't usually go to sleep till 8-10 I think everyone would hate me there It's remarkably quieter than the regular campsite -- I prefer it because I prefer getting a full uninterrupted night's sleep in between active days at the festival. You could always do all of your late night partying in the regular campsite and wander back to premiere when it's time to hit the hay.

I don't camp in premiere, but my understanding is that they give you max 4 wristbands per pass/vehicle, but it probably depends on who you get... Yeah, seems like it's always a gamble! In 2010 we asked if we could pick up extra bracelets and got two or three, but last year when we asked the same request, they begrudgingly handed us one. Sounds like we might be best off bringing two RVs.

How many wristbands does 1 premiere camping pass buy? I usually go with a group of 5 in 1 RV, and we have never had an issue securing enough wristbands, but this year we were thinking about pushing it with somewhere between 6 and 8 people. I checked the ticketing page, and here's the wisdom it bestowed on me: "Each camping space is restricted to 1 vehicle and 4 persons max." Do any of you have any experience or wisdom related to this issue?

A late night electronic set on the main stage would explain why the Schedule page on the Sasquatch site runs to 2 a.m.
