Music is to be listened LIVE on stage in concert, not through some fucking cheap 2$ headphones from your shitty Apple product. Compare: www.youtube.com/watch?v=wKiIroiCvZ0You will think you have experienced it. E

You know what I have never heard: some asshole say X actor looks exactly like Y actor while acting; V player runs around the pitch just like W player. M politician campaigns just like politician.
I have never heard 'Whirring'. Why? I have better things to do than listen to 'Whirring' and compare them to every artist that may or may not have influenced them. Why you do not have better things to do is a personal problem. Try not to project your hatred of yourself on me just because you sit around all day every day comparing X artist to Y artist and feel compelled to criticise me for not doing so.
Cheers.

I heard someone once flippantly describe The Joy Formidable as a female-led Foo Fighters along with other derogatory comments added.
I think people can be quite pig-headed in regards to females in music -- likewise sports -- and because of that cannot be trusted to be unbiased reports of performance.
I am happy to see positive comments about them.

Context man. Do you have a feature inside your brain that permits you to understand context? I really was not asking for the URL, that is why your lmgtfy really was superfluous and not funny at all. Also, you need to mask the URL when you do that. All lessons learned during the lemonparty phenomenon of 01, or for the mainstream: Rickrolls. All simple shit man.
Let me ask you a legitimate inquiry just so you do not stay bitter (like I8):
what do you do as a Canadian when you get a ticket/citation in the U.S.? Do you just ignore it? And do you think U.S. Americans do it when they get tickets/citations in Canada? I do not have one myself, but for example, I ignore a ticket from St. Louis, and that is in the U.S.; I can only imagine how many tickets go unpaid when it comes to faux foreign travel.

I do not know what a troglodyte is. Sorta defeats the purpose of continually using the insult on me.
I am not having a bad day; guess I am just unnecessarily griping. Pretty tame though unless you have never seen anyone really blow up: like the horned one for instance. E

Yeah. Pollstar is not a website that people that frequent COS really care for. You know, actually going to shows or learning about future shows and whatnot. Not really necessary when you have COS. COS says who is good live or otherwise. COS.

I got trolled on pollstar.com. Even though I am clearly shown to be the superior mind, I was made upset. Hard to believe for someone that spends 98% of their time on this little board, HG, I am sure. PRETENTIOUS DOUCHEBAG Postscript. And this asshole on Amazon made a time-sensitive textbook (are they not all time-sensitive) I am selling go on 'pending' because the system is cuntary. Postpostscript. And I still remain unfairly marred here by the changing AV, username and on a letter. Guess aspiring tax lawyers have never better to do.

A lot of people are douches here, similar to the demographic at Sasquatch 2011; go figure.
Post script script. I8 sounds bitter. Why bitter, champ? Do not be bitter.

Thanks for visiting a stale and never-amusing website that generates URLs to searches I never intended nor needed to make. You are worth your weight in horse shit. What does COS say you should be saying is cool to your co-workers today while standing around trying to look cool? Just wondering. No need to lmgtfy; just go to the bookmark you have and let me have it, douche.

Why are you attacking me for mentioning that I am uninfluenced when you are clearly saying you are uninfluenced? Pissed that you are so simple-minded that you are currently pissed off at COS (or is it yourself?) because you cannot help but browse their little site (or big site) and then get all riled up about it. Sounds like a personal problem. Is it COS.com or consequenceofsound.com or consequencesofsound.com? I do not know because unless 'Friendly Destroyer', I do not have them in my bookmarks. Carry on, sir.

I have never seen Blink 182 in concert, so I cannot speak on good or bad that they are.
I really dislike Faux News. So I do not watch it. In fact, I do not watch any television on my own accord (there are televisions everywhere these days). I know that it certainly does not change the fact that they are on and a lot of other people watch it, but you know what: I do not bother with watching it just to complain about what they are talking about or what not.
You hate COS. Great. Sounds more like you love to hate them, and if that is the case: more power to you. Hate on. I was just giving a suggestion. I cannot remember ever going to COS because I do not care to know what some people somewhere think or want me to think is the consequence of sound. What the fuck is the consequence of sound anyway? Anyway. That is all. I did not mean to cause a ruckus. Carry on I suppose.

Postscript. COS sucks.

If the site upsets you that much, why do you not just avoid it? I have heard of Pitchfork and COS and Brooklyn Vegan et. cetera, but cannot think of a time I have ever visited the aforementioned sites. I just do not get what makes them so influential.

I am fairly certain that I saw them (STRFKR or Starfucker or whatever) before. Perhaps Outside Lands last month or Coachella. Do not have an opinion of them though, so they were not that memorable, to me at least, obviously. YMMV. Have heard a bit about them though, so I would probably see them at a small venue in town if this was a town that artists like that toured through. How were they?

There is a wide range of ticket prices (20$-88$) for the Blink show here in Vegas, at a brand new venue to make matters more complicated in regards to choosing how much to fork over for them. I will most definitely go to see them if there are no conflicts, which is becoming harder and harder these days (no conflict nights). I must say that I had no idea that Travis Barker was in The Aquabats. Smokeout made a big deal out of him featureguestdrumming for Cypress Hill last year; if only Goldenvoice had ponied up and paid him to drum for The Aquabats during their set last year.
Transiberian Orchestra only comes to Vegas for the holiday season and the tickets are really over*priced; I only want to see a normal show and not have to compete with regular jackoffs trying to make a perfect Christ - mas, so needless to say I have never seen them.
Tonight Sade with John Legend: MGM Grand Garden Arena 8-11P Little Hurricane: The Chandelier 1115-1145P (late set) Robert Randolph & The Family Band: Book & Stage 12M-1:15A DJ Mia Moretti & Caitlin Moe: The Chandelier 1:15A- DJ KayJay: Bond 1:15A- DJ Sally: Le Cabaret Lounge 2A-
Cancelled Iggy & the Stooges/Le Butcherettes and 30 Seconds to Mars.
