Well, I can't imagine using vicks vaporub as a some sort of sub to highdrugs, but stranger things have happened. Generally Vicks is used IN ADDITION to said highdroogz. but I don't know why a gas mask would be necessary (i.e. it isn't).

Just got done watching The Irishman. I've always had a soft spot for movies revolving around organized crime, and it was cool to see one which took place in that god-forsaken shithole we know as Cleveland, OH rather than NYC. It was by no means a cinematic masterpiece and there were some scenes (with Celtic music playing heroically in the background...I'm not sure what the Celtic equivalent of a Bald Eagle is but lets just call it a leprechaun; there was a leprechaun crying patriotic Irish tears) that were just plain cheesy yet I enjoyed it. There were just enough explosions, crime, and blood to keep me entertained. HAHAHAHA "Just enough explosions..." Just enough? really? you must be very unsatisfied while watching most movies because there's a car-bomb like every 15 seconds in that movie.

Just hit play on both at the same time... it's like Dark Side of the Moon vs. the Wizard of Oz... Or not.

Same boat as you man, thanks for posting them HG they are definitely in my listening lineup now. Got any other good recommendations for this group? Okay so I just had this song playing on youtube (only for about the sixth or seventh time tonight, much to the dismay of ms fig) and stumbled upon this video: www.stumbleupon.com/su/3fmFkh/www.boreme.com/boreme/funny-2008/fast-long-downhill-skateboarding-p1.phpI completely forgot I had the song playing on youtube, and was certain that it was just the background song of this video because they fit PERFECTLY together. ZOMG>>>> Best video vs music mash up ever.... for now (ish)

We're no longer called Sonic Death Monkey. We're on the verge of becoming Kathleen Turner Overdrive, but just for tonight, we are Barry Jive and his Uptown Five.

did something I said make you think he died? That was not my intention at all. Steve Gadd is the man, and is also one of my fav drummers, along with Virgil Donati and Terry Bozzio.
Barrel - that was perfect!

Lost. My. Shit. probably cuz I'm kinda drunk. really tho... I could give you the majority of their set, but not in order... They came out to "Intro" off of fancy footwork... "Chromeo, OH- OH" Then somewhere in their set, they played: Needy Girl Tenderoni fancy footwork Bonafide Lovin' Mama's Boy Call me up Hot Mess Don't turn the lights on Night by Night Hope that helps.

It's billed as Diplo vs Switch, most likely because they won't be playing strictly tracks from the Major Lazer project, and I don't think Skerrit boy will be there.
Because they have collaborated on so many other projects (including remixes and entire albums like the Free gucci and free gucci 2 projects) they are basically just doing a DJ set without necessarily being "Major Lazer." It's also supposed to be a little antagonistic type thing, with one trying to one-up the other.
If you're not jealous already, it's supposed to be a 6 hour show... 9 to 3. Yeah, you wish you were me.

gotcha. But please excuse me for a minute here. Steve Gadd is a giant among men and if he wants to play his drums with brushes, he can play his drums with brushes. I'll be God-damned if I'm gonna sit by and let you talk down about him.
Haha. Just kidding. kinda. I hear you with those overprocessed keyboards but I still count "Still Crazy" among his best albums. To be fair, I guess I haven't given "Surprise" a fair shake. Maybe that will be next. And like I said, I'm really digging "So Beautiful or so What."

*That schmaltzy production that was all the rage in 1978 pretty much kills Still Crazy After All These Years for me. Sorry, I've read, and re-read this post & edit, but I'm still not sure what production you're referring to here.

I was born in Puerto Rico We came here when I was a child Before I reached the age of sixteen I was running with the gang and we were wild I love a fellow Agalloch fan. Ahhh, Songs From the Capeman. It's a little uneven but damn if some of his best songs aren't on there. 'Adios Hermanos' gives me da chills every single fucking time. Awww.... you guys DO care! It brings a little tear to my eye!
