ergh argh nay! so what is the proximity of wildhorse to the venue? does the proximity really matter when they have a free shuttle going to and from the gates? ;D

awesome, that's so much cheaper than the on-site camping (pretty much half price) plus it sounds much better. i reserved a site already.

needless to say that lineup would be 100x better than what we got. could sasquatch even afford all of those bands, though? probably not. and christ mars volta were so terrible last year, i don't know how they could be on anyone's dream lineup if you saw them.

I doubt Death Cab would play. I wouldn't mind it though, thats for sure. But The Shins would be a very nice touch. as a death cab fan, hopefully they won't be there. i saw them 4 times last year out of the 7 or 8 shows they played in the area. i don't care to see them again until their next record comes out.

hopefully any additions won't be as bad as Mars Volta were last year. i like their music but they're absolutely god awful live. i don't think i've ever seen so many people walking away at once, it was just a bunch of loud, annoying noise.

I am not totally bumbed by the line-up, but I just pray that there will be someone else there. I mean come on.... I was excited for N.I.N., but then I realized they werent a headliner. that means they will get like half the set of janes addiction right? Maybe the shins or MGMT or at least someone else should be there. It just seems like not that good of a lineup to me. Ben harper will be good. from what i've been hearing, NIN and Jane's Addiction will be co-headlining so NIN should get an hour and a half timeslot. i think it would be very disappointing if they didn't get to do a full set.

the lineup is kind of a let down compared to last year (especially KOL and ben harper headlining) but i'll still be going because the sub-headliners are pretty solid and the overall gorge experience is hard to beat.

KOL headlining is disappointing, as is ben harper. i'll probably skip both of them. jane's addiction should be fun though. also very disappointed that beirut isn't coming back, and no band of horses. MGMT would have been an excellent addition to the dance tent. oh well, i'm sure we'll all still have a good time.

i'm sad to see no beirut, no band of horses and no MGMT. i'm hoping that they're holding back the actual saturday headliner because KOL aren't headliner material to me. if they do infact headline, i'll either go to the dance tent or back to the campground early.
does that seem like an incomplete lineup to anyone else? it only seems like enough bands for 2 stages. maybe they're giving each band more time this year or they're condensing to 2 stages instead of 3.

if for some reason no doubt headlines, no worries, i'll just go chill at the dance tent or another stage. it's pretty much 99% certain that the "reunion band" rumored is jane's addiction, so hopefully we don't have to worry about no doubt taking a headlining spot.

i think the rumor was squashed because the only day they would be able to play at sasquatch was the day before they are to be in calgary. i couldn't see them going all the way out to the gorge and then catching a plane in the middle of the night in order to make it up to canada in time. also they're doing a seattle show in april i think, so it's probably like a 0.1% chance they'd be at sasquatch.

last year it rained like clockwork at the end of each day which was pretty refreshing after spending 12 hours out in the sun. definitely bring your own food/drinks since the prices will surely go up again this year. i couldn't help but laugh at the schmucks that paid $12 for tallboy beers last time, they obviously had more money than common sense.

Beastie Boys and Pearl Jam wouldn't draw the kind of crowd some of the other discussed headliners would. you're kidding, right? both of them could sell out the place on their own.

i'd love to see snow patrol at sasquatch, but they seem like more of an arena band to me. do they ever play at festivals?

is that columnist an absolute moron? why does he think death cab would be there again this year, and not only be there but HEADLINE?! at least they save themselves with the rest of the predictions which are pretty reasonable.

the lineup was released the last week of february last year, so i can imagine it would be no later than 2.5-3 weeks from now.

kings of leon are the only possible headliner rumored so far, but as others have said, they're not as big in america as they are in the UK. unless sasquatch bookers are having a hard time getting big name bands, i don't expect to see KOL as a headliner. perhaps the headliners are better hidden this year because it'll be totally mind blowing when we find out who they are ;D

i hope that's completely false, and it very likely is. the killers play a seattle show in april already. coldplay are alright but i'd rather someone else headline. snow patrol would be a great addition as a sub-headliner, and it's not too far fetched to think they might show up (but are they the type to play festivals?)

Mudhoney - New album and touring this Spring i was at the sub pop 20th anniversary thing last summer, and after seeing the kind of people that were rocking out to mudhoney, i really hope none of those types infest sasquatch.
