i'd have to agree. sunday's lineup is really what made me decide to go again this year. sat/mon have good supporting acts but if it were a 2 day festival with headliners like KOL and ben harper, i probably would have been staying home.

has anyone seen an updated schedule with the times for each band? on the official site it still displays everything as being at 11:59pm. it would be nice to know of any conflicts way ahead of time so i can plan to see some bands in seattle that i wouldn't get to see at sasquatch.

i saw the security people harass at least a couple people about SLRs last year. they're normally a big no-no at any venue.

street sweeper won't be at sasquatch according to the official NIN/JA tour site. too bad since they would have been a good addition.

from what I've heard, on Sunday Jane's Addiction and NIN are co-headlining. this is probably why there's only 7 main stage bands for that day. it would be terrible if NIN weren't allowed to play a full set, they put on one of the absolute best live shows there is.

i think i'm seriously going to take a road trip to portland to see sun kil moon on may 21st if they conflict with something on the main stage.

you get a separate ticket for each day, so don't worry about having to carry around one for the whole weekend.

no, i don't believe the price goes up at all, that's just for concert tickets. if i remember right, regular camping did sell out last year but it was nowhere near as quick as the premium camping went this year. regular camping at wildhorse (almost 300 spots) is nearly sold out, so that may be an indication of how quick the gorge campground spots are going. there's an awful lot more than 300 spots at the main campground though.

one thing i was noticing.. there's 9 bands listed for the main stage on saturday, but only 7 for sunday and 8 for monday. i think we'll be seeing some main stage additions pretty soon.

after i bought my wildhorse camping pass, they decided to add on that tent trailers are in the same class as RVs and can't be used in car spots. it said nothing about tent trailers in their original FAQ (only cars and RVs) so i'm pretty pissed off. also they have a no refund policy, and the premium campsites at the gorge grounds sold out in like 2 hours. great.

i can't believe they sold out already. i remember seeing people selling premier passes on ebay for like $300 last year. wildhorse is almost completely sold out of RV spots and only has about 50 regular spots left. camping is going very quick.

i too don't understand what KOL have done in the past couple years to warrant a headlining slot at a major festival. their most recent record is decent, but not the kind of thing that catapults a band from middle of the lineup to headliners.

I'm really disappointed with the selection of Ben Harper for the final act of the whole festival. We need one savior band/act for Monday to cap it all off...Radiohead or Pearl Jam, anyone? not just ben harper, erykah badu opening for him. i have a feeling a lot of people will be heading home early on monday unless they announce a good headliner.

Just wondering, how long are the bands sets? generally around 45-50 minutes up until the last couple bands on each stage, which can play for 90+ minutes. the cure played for damn near 3 hours last year.

well the first wildhorse shuttle leaves for the gorge 2 hours before the music starts, so i think it's safe to say you'd be at the front of the line if you wanted to arrive that early. people that stay in the premium campground have their own separate line and get early entry, but you'd be among the first people to get through the general line. walking from wildhorse is a bit of a hike, it's 1.4 miles.
