I love KoL... but perhaps we're waiting on another name to drop that just couldn't be confirmed on time? PJ perhaps?

offyerhead is right... I'm guilty of getting caught up in the "disappointment" of the alleged headliners, but the real fun last year was FotC, the Hives, Rogue Wave, the Kooks, and tons of others. The only headliner that was truly stellar was FLips...

a sound engineer/roadie friend CLAIMS he's been hired to work a segment of the No Doubt tour and that one of the legs will take them to the gorge. He doesn't know if it's for No Doubt, Paramore, The Sounds or even Bedouin Sound Clash. Maybe one of them, maybe more...
I would take info from him with a grain of salt... just passing it along.

What about Jack's Mannequin... it might be a stretch, but could fit... same with Augustana.

What about Jimmy Eat World or even AAR? I know it's a little more pop than rock, but they could put on a killer 45 minute set.

please don't flame... legit question: what's the beef with No Doubt? I personally think they'd be a lot of fun... as long as gwen doesn't do any of her "current" material...

I haven't seen anywhere that would dismiss the possibility that Coldplay is not playing Sasquatch! Their last date in New Zealand on both their official website and pollstar is 3/19/09 and their first date after that is in Denmark on 8/16/09, that's a huge gap and plenty of time to do a tour in the U.S. Did you find a site that says otherwise? Dustin is absolutely correct... I got my months and numbers all mixed up. hahahahha, I'm so smart!

I would have to agree with bobbyrisigliano. I would expect a flurry of bands releasing their schedules shortly.
Dispelling some rumors as well... the coldplay one seems to be on the minds of a lot of bloggers. They're in Australia at the time. They do have a huge gap in their schedule, but it seems unlikely they would fly from Australia to the west coast and then back again...
