Maybe we can get Florence and the Machine finally, since she is taking off in America finally.

I'm guessing Queens of the Stone age before Foo Fighters. I think earlier this year Josh Homme had said they were planning to tour with Foo Fighters when they're both back out. Back to back, those two would be fantastic.

This is actually the second day in a row this has happened. My guess is it will pop up when the release tickets.

Stornoway Washington Fake Problems(not really new, but their album is pretty much dragging them in the Gaslight Anthem way instead of warped tour forever)

I would say if there was even any interest for them to come, it's possible. A decent amount of bands from Primavera made it for sasquatch, so it's not like it's not possible. I'd assume they just have to know it's worth it.

I think I may try and head up from Montana for this. Melvins, Hot Water Music, !!!, Fucked Up, Ted Leo, Bronx, Almighty Defenders, King Khan, Mariachi Bronx, Austin Lucas, and Dino Jr. Worth a trip.

to Monday. Know who else plays that day?
Do you?
Past Lives.
I hope a reunion fucking happens. I'm not even sure if they even get along anymore but still. One time just for the fuck of it.

My problem with Hold Steady is that they lost Franz Nicolay, he and his mustache are great to watch.
I saw Minus the Bear on their last tour run for Planet of Ice, fun show. They're great live, if nothing conflicts, I'll watch em again.

I love the line up. There were a few I was hoping for that aren't there but it's really fucking good. As soon as I started reading names my mind went to there will be conflicts, but it always happens. I still have a feeling something great will still be added. Like when I almost had a heart attack when Murder City Devils were added last year.

I hear that the headliners won't be that big, so people all riled up for pearl jam and beastie boys will probably be disappointed. I was TOLD by an employee of Live Nation that it's the most solid line-up Sasquatch has probably ever had and may match Coachella in that aspect. But Sasquatch doesn't ever really have huge headliners. It happens every now and then, but most of the time our headliners are sub headliners elsewhere.

I think Rise Against though, is just as alternative as some of those bands. They're on top 40 radio and loved by Nickelback and Trapt fans. Not exactly the same.

I'm also iffy on Phoenix. Few bands do every major American festival in one summer, and Phoenix is confirmed for Lolla, Bonnaroo, and Coachella already. This sucks, as Phoenix has a terrific live act. Like how Yeah Yeah Yeahs, TV on the Radio, and Animal Collective were EVERYWHERE last year? There's certain bands that play every festival because it covers a bulk of touring or helps end touring before they head back to the studio.

I doubt hardcore Nickelback will play but it's possible.

The point of the pre-sale with one headliner is pretty much to attract those who just want to go and love it enough to just trust it. If you leak your big headliners it defeats the purpose of an unveiling date. Pavement was thought to be possible already and it's a decent one to just give away. Acts like Dylan or Petty need to be that big reveal.

It did now. That would be really lame though. Are they coming out with a new album or something? I'm a huge Decemberists fan and I declare their chance of being at Sasquatch to be zero. They just got off of a yearlong tour (including a stop at Sasquatch '09) and three Decemberists are currently working on a side project together. 1% chance of coming. The side project is going around the Pacific NW, but it's, well... www.myspace.com/blackprairieAlso Colin Meloy has a solo country type project coming out this year though that most people seem very unaware of. Not saying it's a rumor, just throwing out more Decemberists related info.

I posted this on Sasquatch's facebook fan page: Nena(only playing "99 Luftballons" and "99 Red Balloons") Sunn O))) Mayhem Portal(their singer wears a fucking clock on his head, it's hilarious) Korn Robyn performing Robyn Is Here A Red Carpet Event with Joey Fatone Trapt Omar Rodriguez Lopez performing Despair Snow Dance tent featuring: Mousse T. Stacey Q. Dee-Lite Digital Underground Thoughts? A Deee-lite reunion would be the tits. But I would be just as happy with Towa Tei playing. And I know you were kidding, but Deee-lite was more than just groove is in the heart. Towa Tei and Dmitri and Ani were all great producers/djs. And yeah, I'm that old guy! I'm aware they did more than just "Groove is in the Heart", it's just it seems so silly to get the band that did that song.
