This is me as well. I did Coachella in 2009 and thought it was great, despite the huge crowds that often led to more people than there was space in the tent. Passed on 2010 but have been nothing but stressed and annoyed by whats going on with Coachella 2011, and have 0 interest in fighting scalpers and paying so much extra. all together, even with airplane tickets it looks like going to Sasquatch is going to cost about the same as it would to go to coachella, and you get an extra day! and I have always loved Sasquatch lineups, hits my tastes more on the nose than say the jam based Bonaroo or the electro rap side of coachella.
And yea, this forum is a bet dead, but easily makes up for the Napoleon complex egos posting on the coachella forums.

Thats great about the Quincy bus, which it looks like I may do, as I would save about 80 bucks, compared to a rental car. And if the bus is full of Sasquatch people I may find others who have ways there, or a bunch of other hitchhikers. Seems like Sasquatch should set up some sort of shuttle, I'd pay for it.
But what about airport? Flying in to Spokane or Seattle? Seems like it would cost about the same and is about the same distance.

Hey, looking into my first year at Sasquatch, coming from Los Angeles. I do not have the time to drive and need to fly so I am looking into the best way to get out to the gorge. It seems like the only options are a flight into Spokane or Seattle, and then a 2+ hour drive. Is there a better airport to fly into? i see some small airports in the areas but the flight all seem to be double the price round trip for me compared to Seattle. Then is there any kind of shuttles to sasquatch from these major areas, or any tips on getting there? Thanks...
