Are they holding back single day tickets for the Feb. 14th date? Or do you think that pool only comes from leftover 4-day packages? I would guess they reserve at least a couple thousand singles, only because it is more lucrative.

How do you get into 'hoop instruction' as a profession?

Hey ebay do yourself a favor and don't try shrooms for the first time at a massive festival. Yr gonna want to do a dry run under more controlled circumstances. It's a $300 weekend, minimum. You don't know how your body is going to react (especially to shrooms, which more than any other substance have the potential to make you miserably fucking ill for many hours). Agreed. Some people are fine with having a lot of people around whilst tripping balls, but for many it can be too much to handle. If you are planning on taking your maiden mushroom voyage at Sasquatch, start slow and see how you feel, don't just gobble down a handful and try to go with it.

I was smart enough to see them in the summer. Also smart enough to be going to the Thursday Vancouver show. See you there? Haha emptyfox and I were at the summer show too, it was on my birthday And yes ma'am, we'll see you next Thursday as well! Begrudgingly going to the Thursday show as well. Second time this year I have bought concert tickets for a weeknight only to have another show added on Friday night.

I'm not the biggest Gaga fan, but would welcome her as a headliner just for the change of pace. The Flaming Lips headlining would be a disappointment for me only because they have played so many dates in the PNW over the last few years. They have an amazing stage show, but it can be repetitive after seeing it 5+ times.

Aw yr groweds up. Ride that bandwagon; if it's any good, Pitchfork will be sure to give you a heads up. The abundance of condescending attitudes here is really surprising. Part of what sets Sasquatch apart for me are the accepting, humble and easy going mentalities that most people show up with. I have encountered more negative points of view here from a few hundred forum members than the thousands of people who have attended the festival over the years.

The hype for this 10th anniversary is almost overwhelming. The hype from WHO? Don't say from the Sasquatch people, because they've kept their mouth shut (aside from AZ mentioning some "special" things for the fest months and months and months ago). It's been almost 100% the fans that, like every year, have hyped the shit out of it and have formed some outrageous pipe dreams. Don't be pissed at the organizers when the second coming of Christ isn't a headliner. I heard he is being added to Primavera anyways.

I have a feeling that this years lineup will follow the Sasquatch trend of relying on a rock solid second tier of acts to support an average group of headliners. Thank you for summarizing hundreds of pages of speculation with a conclusion we'd all come to many, many times. Hey, you're welcome. The last 50 27 pages seem a little redundant now, eh?

I've been going to Sasquatch for a number of years now. Last year, there was a major increase (or so I perceived) in both licensed and unlicensed food vendors operating out of the camp ground. I know for a fact a few unlicensed sites that were operating too close to the major pathways got shut down. They ultimately just relocated to a more reclusive spot, though.
Anyways, after last year, I have been hoping that there will be more leniency shown towards those trying to set up food stands. Budgeting $10-15 per day to have a hot, prepared meal when I wake up and before bed beats eating out of a cooler by a long shot.
