A Life of Arctic Sounds is the best track to start a roadtrip with.

I'd like to see them dig deep and drop a track off Hit to Death in the Future Head.

I can't take a recommendation from a guy with a bad Star Wars reference as a screen name concerning a band that has the name of Biffy in the fucking title seriously. It brings to mind the fact that you should perhaps pursue a Darwin award.

Any thoughts on Atmosphere being added as their announced tour skips Seattle.

And this post will most certainly gain the ire of HG but Switch I would also recommend the album "I'm Wide Awake and It's Morning" as an easy starting point for newcomers of WKD.

I love the fact you embedded a scene from Can't Buy Me Love. If someone else does The Cutting Edge or Kuffs I'll join your religion.

After playing a couple of their sevens today I think Japandroids would make a nice addition to the the Friday noise fest though I'm aware they played last year.

Doumak your statements are good but BSS have more than a little impurity and though I'm not familiar with Portugal, one of the others you mention are soundscapes and the other tends to sing in a made up language. I love both but just saying.

I love when I get to see bands I love live especially when I know it's a once in a lifetime event for me. My collection is diverse and tailored only along the lines of "if I like to listen to it then it belongs in my collection." Wondering if anybody here listens to Joel Plaskett? (Ps also saw Eric's Trip last show back in 1995.)

Tis true but he did go in all sorts of directions. I personally have a hard time thinking of anybody who has only released pure gold for their entire career. I came to the conclusion a long time ago that just because you really like a singer or band does not mean everything they do is gold.
