Thanks again! I'm sure if Peter Gabriel is on vocals than I will enjoy it. I can imagine that was a time when Phil's drumming was at it's finest too. Either way, I could listen to him and Gabriel all day.
I have the Rhinoplasty EP, but I never knew that was a cover song. Les' rendition of "The Thing That Should Not Be" is flawless. I think I will be revisiting that album soon.

Yes! Genesis was one of the bands I had in mind...And I didn't want to give in to their greatest hits album. I'll check out the others too. Thanks dude.
Thank you too, Emptyfox.

David Lynch... I have been hearing about that guy everywhere. Not sure if I quite like the vocals though...
Anyways I'm looking to buy (yes I said BUY!) some really good classic rock albums. Any recommendations?
Also, how is that Gotye album?
Thanks in advance!

Speaking of which, I pray for the return of squatchcreep every day so that I can instantly ban him the second he makes a single post. Where's Biff?

Nope... classic rock radio jockey from Vancouver. He's quite possibly the worst. Wow. He kind of resembles Les Claypool in that picture...

I know that headline prediction sounds a little broken record-ish, but have so many posters ever been on the same page before?

This is a little grand scale, but I'm atleast confident in about 60% of it.
Red Hot Chili Peppers (headliner) The Shins/Fleet Foxes (coheadline) Primus (headliner) Bon Iver (headliner)
EDM: Skrillex Deadmau5
Wild Card: Puscifer or Queens Of The Stone Age
Everyone else:
Naked and Famous Gotye AWOLnation Built To Spill Minus The Bear Miike Snow Tv On The Radio That guy from Nada Surf (or Nada Surf) Explosions In The Sky Red Fang Blue scholars The Black Angels Feist Wild Flag Mad Rad Silversun Pickups Pinback (dammit!)

I'm sorry for pissing you off. The things I said back then were uncalled for.

Don't even act like you don't know why. You said you "turned a new leaf" on me earlier this year and we were to a point of buying each other beers at the festival... So, yeah, you have me a little confused with that comment. No worries though.

Do not fucking talk to me, Hancho. Uh... ok... Weenie: I don't care what anyone says, the 3DS is well worth the money paid. If you think OoT looks good, Super Mario 3D Land has some of the best use of the systems 3D capabilities. ...also very addicting.

...and what of The Wind Waker, Drew? I think that was my least favorite zelda game.
Gramma: I wouldn't let the motion controls be a major deciding factor in the purchase of this game. There are a few minor annoyances in the combat, but with skill it gets easier. You just need to be sitting upright and reasonably close to the wiimote sensor...and not laying on a couch across the room. Besides, the story and design are beautifully done. Particularly the dungeons look amazing and some of the gadgets you aquire go great with the motion controls. Bottom line is you'd be missing out on one of the better Zelda games.

I tried a demo of Skyward Sword at a GameStop. That combat system is fucking aggravating. When I play video games, I'm usually pretty stoned and at least moderately drunk. The last thing I want is a fucking upper-body workout. I wish there was some kind of adapter I could plug a Gamecube controller into so I could play it that way. I was really aggravated at first too. Mainly because I like to lay down on a couch and play my adventure games... Those plants can be a bitch to kill too. You'll get past it though. This game has been really addicting.

Simple: Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Black Keys, The Shins, Phoenix /thread This is some damn fine speculation and I sure hope, for the most part, that it's true. I also hope for Know's prediction of Primus subbing on one of those nights, however Gramma's news just halfway killed it for me. Primus and RHCP... Two great bassists in one night would be a dream come true.
