Sub you're in a hotel. Thanks for joining our coversation about you being in a hotel (it was kinda the missing link). Hotel hotel hotel hotel hotel hotel. Excited for Sasquatch you say? Try talking about that. poop Since the thread is about tickets being sold out, I can hardly see how my initial post was that off topic, since I bought two tickets and hotels are filling up as tickets are selling out.

Seriously though, sub, sorry that you have to take everything on the internet so seriously. You do understand how contradictory that statement alone is?. Plus, you are repeating what I already said about yourself (in other words). Give me an example of me taking something "so seriously." My first post in this thread was about me being excited that I got tickets and a hotel, and you came in with a sour taste in your mouth and shat all over the thread. Way to go!

Haha. MY negativity. Hey while you're there see if you can find Adam Zacks and give him some pointers on how to put together a 'real' festival lineup. Go back and re-read your recent posts. If you aren't crushed by the mountain of negativity you put out, then you are a true hypocrite. etc. And to answer your last question, I post here because it's absurdly hilarious how worked up you get over shit, and I know that you are constantly monitoring every thread on this board so you can assert how awesome you are every chance you get.

Yes, I camped 3 days in '08. It was an experience to remember, and I won't say that I had a bad experience, but I think I'd rather stay in a hotel. I think i would enjoy camping more if I was a little younger and not married. I can see the value that some people see in it, but it is not for everyone. If you were younger and not married? I clicked on your profile and expected a 50 year old. It says you're 26, yeah? The majority of the consistent posters on here are actually older than you. And some of them are married, too. To my knowledge, most of us are camping. I'm going camping with my boyfriend who is older than you are and he looks forward to it. We both do. I understand not wanting to camp, kind of, but I don't see how a 26-year old can complain about being too old to camp at a music festival. Don't start putting a foot into your grave--you're in your prime! I never thought as a girl, I'd be convincing a guy to camp I think you misunderstood. I didn't mean to say that camping is not for "Old People." I didn't mean to imply that I'm 50. I'm speaking exclusively about my own personal preferences. If I was 21 and single, or with a big group of friends, camping would be a blast. However, I am flying across the country for this festival and it's hard to coordinate a large group to travel like that. I'm not saying that I have no interest in meeting new people, but after a full day of listening to bands, I'm pretty exhausted and just want to sleep. This wasn't such an easy task last time, so I'm trying something different. Who knows, maybe I'll regret my decision, but I'm happy to try something new. HG, give it a rest already. You present yourself in a manner which implies that you have some sort of self worth on this forum. Sad.

I know, but I don't care. Camping (at Sasquatch) is overrated. Sub, have you ever actually camped at Sasquatch? In my opinion, that's one of the best parts of fests. When I went to Lolla last year and walked home to wash my feet off in a swanky, overpriced Chicago hotel, I felt like something was missing and found I didn't enjoy Lolla as much as I did Sasquatch. Yes, I camped 3 days in '08. It was an experience to remember, and I won't say that I had a bad experience, but I think I'd rather stay in a hotel. I think i would enjoy camping more if I was a little younger and not married. I can see the value that some people see in it, but it is not for everyone. Am I supposed to be upset and feel left out because I am not familiar with an easily guessable inside joke on a Sasquatch forum? Considering I don't really care IRL about inside jokes, you've failed yet again at an attempt to insult me.

Will Single-Day passes be sold ahead of time? I don't think this news has been crystal clear. At www.livenation.com/event/0F004552D95D56B9 it says "Single day tickets will be available in early 2011. Please check back for date TBD", but I've been told by a livenation rep that single day passes would be sold the day of the event. Seems like this is still up in the air. P.S. Thank you OP for starting this thread. Lots of good info.

Day 10035 on Earth, day 10035 without the false security blanket of religion or blind ignorance to help navigate me through this complicated yet simultaneously sublime existence and my patience is now also up you sub. Poor you in Hawaii, smash your "clue" getter cuz that shit is letting you down. Not sure if this a jab or what, but...speak English much?

This is bullshit right? There is no fucking way a livenation rep would actually suggest strolling to the gorge without a ticket. My guess is this is sub's attempt to get in good graces. Good one. This is not BS (except for the last part of the email). It didn't make any sense because if you go to the Sasquatch site and try to buy tickets via livenation, it says that single day passes will be available in early 2011. Beats me. HG, I could honestly care less about getting in "good graces" on this forum.

Did your due diligence not lead you into the conveniently labeled 'Camping/Lodging' section of the board? Yet, there are no threads in the Camping/Lodging section that appear to be related to my question. And like I stated before, I had no intentions on reading 20+ pages of various threads to get the answer that I wanted. Did you ever stop to think that so many people are asking the same question because there wasn't a thread in this section (perhaps stickied?) dedicated to it? Like I stated before, I couldn't get the info that I needed from the official site, so this was the next place to check that made sense. No, I don't think every person on this forum is some official Sasquatch team member, but I don't think it's stupid to assume that some inside info might be shared here that wasn't posted on the official site. No, I get it dude. You are the cool guy on this forum who likes to screw with people. Thanks for "tipping your hand."

The joke is that there are at least half a dozen threads identical to this one. We're so tired of explaining that no, you will absolutely not be able to buy Sasquatch tickets without also purchasing camping, that it was kind of decided to throw anyone else who wanted to register and start posting the same questions to the fishes. Seriously, it was getting out of control. People seem to feel so betrayed - by fucking LiveNation, like they've never been sodomized by LiveNation or Ticketmaster before. The whole point of Sasquatch is not to let kids on drugs have a big party and listen to music, it's to make a shit-ton of money. You can stay in a hotel or at Wildhorse or under a bridge for all they care, a huge percentage of their intake comes from selling camping so you're gonna pay for it and say thank you. Sorry to jerk your chain, but there is now officially at least one thread full of people freaking out about camping in every section of this board. I understand your frustration, but I had no intentions of looking through every thread on every forum on this board. I figured that these questions would be appropriately posted in the "Tickets" forum, and I searched, and saw nothing mentioned specifically for my question. All that considered, I think I did my due dilligence and it was reasonable and fair for me to start this thread. Sorry for the inconvenience.
