That was so freaking awesome. I was so surprised to be able to drink good beer at a reasonable price that I drank probably way too many. Meet you in the beer tent this year? I know. Best most affordable festival beers! One day I drunkenly decided I shouldnt leave until I had tried one of each of them. Terrible decision, since I don't remember much of broken social scene. Meet you there Weenie! And Davers, thanks for the glowing recommendation! Haha.

Haha. Not to mention an entire weekend's worth of Phillips microbrews. Another delicious but not so healthy rifflandia treat.

I pigged out so hard last year. Pulled pork poutine om nom nom. I did too! I ate almost nothing but that poutine for the whole fest. So good!

Crazy! I saw that guy walking around the campground with that giant bear. Didn't notice if he was talking to it.

After the longest 2 day work week of my life I have decided that next year I'm going to check into wild horse on the Tuesday AFTER Sasquatch and spend 2 more days drinking and talking about the magic of Sasquatch. Returning to real life cold turkey is just too hard.

haha I totally do that. Only I call it driving a westfalia. Spontaneous camping every time I have 3 beers.

Anyone actually read their copy of Too Far? I managed to come home with 2 of them. I might be interested in borrowing one of those... Do you still have the accompanying soundtrack? I sure do. Still in it's protective plastic wrap too.

That wasn't a beer. It was a book. Hey now, I have lots of allergies, including some types of trees. Maybe that book was made of a tree I'm allergic to? hahaha! Awesome!

Aww, man I really thought I made it through the whole weekend without puking. Oh well. And sorry Gibbons 'bout it being by your tent :/ Y'know, I'm pretty sure you could get away with blamin' this on wheat allergies. I think you found a beer and took a sip. Allergies is all! That wasn't a beer. It was a book.

I loaned that ram hat FD is holding like Medusa to Ky and was absolutely AMAZED that she still had it at the end of the night. Thank you to FD for taking such good care of it...

Also stupid? The lineup for wristband exchange when you could just do it near the gate with no line. I almost got into fistfights with line-cutters on Friday for that shit. Getting our wristbands Thursday night was the best decision ever. A group of us went around midnight and literally only had to wait in line behind each other.

Ha Ha! Yeah Davers I'm just trying to make that nickname stick.. It's weird to read about stuff I was there for on the internet. Some of it made me laugh out loud. Mostly kymess trying to drink the book and us letting her sleep for too long in the honey bucket. Awesome.

Haha, one of the girls I was camped with, whom we met at a different fest last year and randomly ran into at Fred Meyer while meeting kymess, lurked the boards from time to time. Once she found out who I was she said "You're davers?!? I just saw Lumpy like an hour ago!". I didn't even get to meet Lumpy. I also met BeefyT at my brother's friends site. Hi Beefy! Ha ha!! This! No more lurking. I kept seeing people I recognized from on here and feeling like a creepy stalker. Also, when Souly and Fig showed up at our campsite on thursday night I got super excited and was yelling at Davers to get up because people from the internet were here.

I got the same phone call last night. They do sound fairly organized. Even dealing with not getting my tickets mailed was easy. I called today, and was on the phone less than 2 minutes and had the tickets in my email inbox.

I was kind of underwhelmed by Sleigh Bells, but it sounds like it was just me. Reading everyone elses posts now it sounds like everyone loved them. They were one of of the shows I was most looking forward to, and I left thinking it was just ok, when I was expecting them to blow my mind. Maybe I was just too far back in the tent. I couldn't see them at all and thought the sound quality was only ok. Still disappointing, because I was SO excited for them.

I got a wicked head cold after sasquatch this year. I suspect it's related to no sleep, poor nutrition and sharing drinks and germs and personal space with so many other sasquatchers. Although I've behaved the same way every year and this is the first time I've gotten sick, so maybe it's related to being a year older, and next year will be worse.
