Has anybody ever actually sat down and synced all four discs of Zaireeka? I have it but I've never found a group willing to do it. I have just the stereo mixdown but I've always wanted to do it for real.
We were going to do this when Burrito and Nadine were down for Animal Collective week and it is one of the few things we didn't get around to. Death Grips weekend, anyone?
Countdown of the ten Ween albums (Shinola is included) from 'best' to 'worst', written by Hank Shteamer (hehe) who wrote the 33 1/3 book on Chocolate & Cheese. Shteamer's (heh... heh heh heh heh) C&C book constitutes some of the best writing about music that I've ever read, and the dude REALLY knows his Ween -- which makes the ordering of this list pretty surprising, but he has some insightful comments on each record. Interesting read.
I miss Ween.
Just went through this after I saw Ween post it on Facebook. Really surprised to see GodWeenSatan that low.
This always gets left off my lists by accident, but it really is one of my favorite albums of all time. I think Porcupine Tree is a band that quite a few of you would really get into if you gave them a chance.
Listen to this man. He know's what he's talking about.

"Thank you. I spend a lot of time and energy thinking about how music is presented live. Lights in the Sky was probably my favorite live show I've worked on so far. This was a real collaboration between myself, Rob, Roy Bennett, and Moment Factory. We set out to make an experience and I really felt proud to put that on every night. Cryptic additional comment: 2013."
"Someone really has to ask this, so there it goes... Can you disclosure any future plans for Nine Inch Nails?"
My first show WOULD have been Green Day. My friends had tickets to see them, but we got in a fight or something a few days before the show. They were going to give one of the tickets to me, but they took my sister instead. The worst part is, my sister doesn't even LIKE Green Day.
