i kinda wish i just got sat-mon tickets but i got a 4 day. my friend is still trying to figure something out, but he will probably just bite the bullet when his taxes come back if the prices havent come down by then.

the temperatures at sasquatch last year made it not really necessary for showers. I dont remember ever getting sweaty or hot, and i was even in the front pit area for a good portion of the festival. it was like 65-70 with some occational light drizzle if i remember correctly.

it wasn't a zing. it was an imitation zing just to get people worked up about how bad it was. and it looks like i succeeded. anyways blah blah, yeah we know pitchfork sucks and writes about music. and some people like flying lotus and some dont, but people dont have to talk bad about it, they just have a different taste.

yeah it is understandably not for everyone. the subtle hooks do become more apparent when you listen to the music a lot, and on good speakers. but I see it more as really great background music, or something i can throw on when i want to lay down and think or lay down and think of nothing, more than something i want to sit down and devote all my attention to. I havent seen him live yet, so im not exactly sure what to expect, but i know i wont be missing his set for anyone besides flaming lips or deerhunter.

yeah, but they saved my feet at bonnaroo 08 so i cant talk bad about them. after walking about 12 miles in one day, got bad blisters, bought crocs there and i was able to walk around pain free. plus when it rained and there was like a foot of water blocking most paths it was nice to not have to ruin other shoes. even things like keens and tevas get pretty smelly after they get soaking wet

I like cosmagramma a lot, as well as his other albums. I guess they are better to listen to either when you are chilling and talking with a small group of people, or maybe cruising in a car with a friend burnin somethin down. also i do put it on before bed, they are just chill beats. Hes done some remixes and people remix his stuff, and those tend to be a little more interesting. I like stuff he does with gonja sufi

ok guys, i bought a pair of sanuks, they should do the trick, but im still gonna bring the c rocs as a back up for if its muddy and i dont want to mess up my shoes. I'll point and laugh of I see you in crocs ;-) How much for the sanuks? I was eyeing a few pairs last year before Sasquatch. I got the Sanuk Carpe DMs for 49, comfy for sure.

yes, dont buy from stubhub or scalpers for 400-500 dollars, but wait to buy from regular people on craigslist or ebay for like 300-350.

people seemed more tame at sasquatch than at bonnaroo i would say. we kind went to bed early every night last year(1:30-2am) and had no problems with people partying, sure we could hear it, but it wasnt threatening or annoying.

due to unpredicted circumstances, my friends had to sleep outside last year. the other people we were meeting at sasquatch got in a wreck, so their tent didnt make it. we had a 2 person tent and 4 people, so 2 just slept outside in sleeping bags and snuggies between our tent and car. about 100 people almost stepped on them during the night, but they didnt really mind it. 1 person fell on our tent. it was all good though. little rv would be nice, i want to just get one of those vw vans.
