Trent Reznor has stated that NIN will be teaming up with another major act that will help fill the seats (rumored to be RATM) for Amphitheater shows in the spring. That sounds promising. Could be that they split up so that each gets a headline slot for the 'squatch. Don't toy with my emotions.......I would shart myself if this were to happen.

Yes, Animal Collective I could see making it. Just wait till you hear the new album if you haven't already tracked the leak down.... ((((((WWWOWWW))))) I know everyone will jump all over me for saying this.....but I think these guys are WAY over rated. But....I'm also not much of a Panda Bear fan either.

I see that Kings Of Leon have just been confirmed for this year, which I'm excited about. But are they going to be a headliner?? I like them, but I see them playing an opening slot like Modest Mouse or DCFC did last year.

I would be very happy if Oasis was to headline one night with Weezer opening for them. I got out to see Oasis this summer in Calgary, mostly because my wife is a fan. Myself like a lot of others, hadn't really followed Oasis that closely since their first 3 albums. But once I got the tixs for the show, I went out and found all their albums since then.......and was pleasantly surprised. The show itself was excellent! I walked out of there loving Oasis. I thought they put on a pretty damn good show.
I enjoy Weezer quite a bit too, but I just don't think they're big enough to headline one night themselves. So I hope this does work out, and they end up playing together the same night.

Those all sound possible, and I would LOVE to see Pearl Jam there, but like someone mentioned earlier, they can sell out the gorge for three nights straight themselves. I'm just not sure if they would bother playing a festival.
Also, I really like KOL, but I don't know if they should be a headliner.
I'm still holding out on the hopes that Radiohead, RATM, Neil young or Beck might play this year. I could also see maybe Oasis playing one night.

I actually contacted Mike King at Crash Design, and was able to buy a REM poster straight from him. I'm also looking for a Flaming Lips poster, so if anyone finds one, or has one to sell just let me know!

Yup, I can't seem to purchase premier camping either. It looks like it's all sold out. Pisses me off!
This is our first year in regular camping.

I've never camped on the Friday night, how does that work? Do I just buy an extra ticket at the gate?

I agree. The extra $$ for premier camping is worth every penny. After setting up camp in premier, and then walking through the regular campgrounds, I felt like a nobleman walking amongst the peasants.

Ya, I noticed that they are still listed on ticketmaster, and their website says they are back in the US for some of May, but playing in France the weekend after Sassquatch. I sure hope their there, I would really like to see them live.

No way! i saw the Decemberists 2 years ago and thought they were a snooze. I think a Ryan Adams show would be much more exciting.

I'm happy to see that not everyone is bashing DCFC. I had listened to them a bit before going to Sasquatch in 2006 and wasn't all that crazy about seeing them live. And from what I had heard on the cd's I had listened to, I didn't expect much for a live show............BUT I was very surprised how much energy their live show had, and what a great performance they put on. Their live show totally won me over, and I have become a pretty big DCFC fan since then.
I am also really looking forward to seeing Modest Mouse there as well. I have just recently become a fan of them (ever since "We Were Dead Before.....") and love that last cd. I just saw them at a very small venue in Regina, Saskatchewan and was a little dissappointed actually. I think seeing them at the gorge will be a lot better, or at least I'm hoping so.
