(FINE YOU FUCKING WIN, E) He wins nothing. Any fucker can make a list of band names from A to Z. Unless he posts stubs it didn't happen. In that case, I've seen UB40.

Cool, I added you to the list in the first post. Even if you are staying at a hotel, chances are you will want to hang out in the campground for a couple hours after the headliners. As long as I can sneak in another four cases of beer, you and your friends are welcome to swing by our camp for some wandering beers. The Coachella campground is more like a carnival than the Sasquatch campground, although us Sasquatchers definitely drink more at night.

Some days I really like that The Good, The Bad & The Queen record; most days I really don't. Not Albarn's most interesting stuff. Not Danger Mouse's most interesting work, either (not at ALL). Also one of the worst band names ever. I'm an old school fan of the album, been listening to it every couple months since it came out. It's probably the strength of the last song that keeps me coming back. I can listen to that song on repeat for an hour.

Nope. Can't stand The XX, and sure as shit I was watching Bon Iver instead of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. Really, is the xx the least talked about band that everyone went apeshit over last year? I gave the album at least ten listens, and saw them at Sasquatch, which was memorable for being one of the worst shows I can recall at the festival. I don't know if the sound was messed up, or if they were intentionally harmonizing a full beat off from each other, but it sounded awful. I think it was the latter, because I saw them play a song live on Palladia, and thought the same thing. I'm glad they went away.

I don't read blogs. I prefer going to the blogger's house and listening to them sound out words as they type.

Not that I am a tree hugger, but I am 25% hippie. I'm 25% hipster by the way. So I'm saying my other 25% is pompous. Now you know everything about me. Just because I've done the same thing quoting someone who I thought was drunk, posts they would regret (which is hilarious), I think this is a fairly accurate depiction of me, especially the part about me being pompous. I've freely admitted this several times here, as I've admitted to being quarter hipster/hippie/jock already.

I'm 25% hipster by the way. OK so after the next post we should now 100% of Know's hertiage... I could say I'm also 25% nerd, but that is too close to hipster (many I know consider me a nerd). I could say I'm 25% prep, but that is too close to jock (Stormy and HG accidentally caught me with my pants on, which is just as rare as a normal person being caught with their pants off. It was just as weird for me as it was for them). I could also say I'm 25% intellectual, but that is pompous. So I'm saying my other 25% is pompous. Now you know everything about me.

I still need one more listen to the Slint album before forming an opinion, but I'm digging it more and more each listen (4 times now).
Drew's entry was a lot different than I expected. I have also never listened to this album. The music sounded a bit like the Beatles, and that's just my opinion after one listen because I'm not a Beatles lover, and the harmonies just sounded that way. I'm 25% hipster by the way.
We need to develop an "alternate" in this thread, because it seems like I'm not the only one looking forward to the next entry, yet we haven't heard from brad since the inception of this thread. I'm not sure how we would go about choosing the alternate, so suggestions are welcomed. Obviously, the first criteria would be to have a review prepared, and haven't gone yet. Thoughts?

He's an Ultimate Fighting fan. He's a huge idiot. It's fucking genetic. I'm an old school Ultimate Fighting fan. I've seen at least the first 40 UFCs. Then they made them too tough to keep up with (UFC 139 was a month after UFC 138?0, made weight classes, and eliminated all the cheap shots that made UFC fun to watch. I'm 25% jock after all.

Zephyr sucks and Netflix is lame too ;D
Having worked in a call center before, I know the angry customers who make their rants entertaining were always my favorites. Like if I was a subscriber, I would call in, and yell at whoever answers, then say something like, "don't you know I can only afford half as many Viagra pills per month because of this bullshit?" Then I wouldn't get mad if they chuckled.
I always hated Netflix because of their annoying mail campaign. They are reaching the wrong target sending me that shit, and it's always big and bulky. Not that I am a tree hugger, but I am 25% hippie.

I'm tenatively interested but I'm probably not willing to put in all the work required of a normal fantasy football league. I did one with some friends last year where you just had to pick the winners and not individual players which was a lot of fun though Fantasy Football is not much work at all. You just check your team once a week, see if any of your players have an injury notification next to their name or a bye, then swith that player with a bench player. If you pay a lot of attention to the NFL, you are more than likely to do better, but if you end up with a decent draft and relatively few injuries, you can finish easily near the top. It's nothing like the time some people put into Fantasy Baseball, where Stamper has 43 Adds/Drops?

Haha, yeah. I was at my usual mindless self listening to an album the first time at work, but that songs snapped me out of the zone a couple times. The last time, I thought, "I'm not sure I like this," then checked the device to see if the album was almost over. I don't think it really annoyed me until near the end.
