So just to wrap up this story/thread, after contacting the livenation rep who deals with the supertickets confirmed that the tickets from this broker/scalper man were in fact real tickets but something other than supertickets which sound similar to vip box seats(without the seats)
They said there is some standing area near main stage that i dont remember seeing years past but he could confirm they do not get you to the stage viewing areas. So anyone else out there looking for the same thing...if your shown a ticket that looks like your normal sasquatch ticket with a fancy red and gold foil stamp that says vip....be wary. Your vip-ness may be strong but not the strongest!

Thanks for the tips. I take great caution with any kind of online sale and appreciate any insight. It'll take some pretty concrete signs for me to be sold but I've been looking for some time and don't want to miss a chance.
So my thoughts when he said he was a ticket broker was maybe he had some better deal on bulk tickets but I don't know if deals like that exist. Maybe he doesn't know what they're worth?
I figured someone here who had vip passes this year could confirm what they look like and that would give me something to work from.
The only reason I've come this far is because all the signs sound reasonable. He's open to meeting up or using paypal which to my understanding they will refund you as long as you follow a few guidelines . Local number. Willing to send me pictures of the tickets before any sale. Something i'm missing?
Thanks again!

Hi there,
I had a little taste(one day) last year of the vip sasquatch experience and was thrilled on the stage access and have been looking tirelessly for some passes this year. On the site they were selling them as a package for 1000 something which is way out of my budget so ive been looking else where and may have found one legitimate seller. He says hes a ticket broker and is unloading 500+ ga tickets and has a few vip passes.
My question is if anyone has any details on what the vip passes are like this year, as last year it was bracelets we were given by a friend of a band so i have no idea what the vip ticket should look like. The broker man told me it was similar to the ga tickets but had a band that was red and gold that said vip. If anyone could confirm the look or any details about them id be indebted to you forevvvver!( Would gladly buy you a 9$ beer or toke up together)
I'm planning on calling the gorge for more details but this was my first stop for info so if you could, help me out boarders! Thanks!

In my own humble opinion...the health department should be ticketing the vendors IN the venue for the gnarly ass trash they try to pass off as food. Expect people to survive off that for 3 days?!

evanisovich Seriously? Its one thing to come to a conclusion about a band, but to act as if they somehow were putting you down when all the fuck youve gotta do is stand up and walk to your choice of three other stages. Cry cry, what a difficult life youve got. Art is what it is. Whether or not theres any conformed structure to it. Get a grip and relax.

Doesnt it say its just 10$ per person after the forth person? And how do you think they would handle someone coming who has an rv spot, but bringing a small bus with 14 people? Intending to pay the 10 per person per day rule of course...

Showers

There are showers for the regular camping area, and this was the first time i saw them last year. The line can be tortuously long but if you wait for the right time you can get right in. Its a small room, but each stall is private and has warm water...good enough for me! But its the porta-potties that get out of hand...

Its way out in the middle of no where, so the sound would not be an issue. But like the flaming lips trying to play christmas on mars throughout the night, they have to have security on the gorge ground if its not closed down(which the security was not down with). Id see it going later than the headliners, but sadly not all night...maybe they'll surprise me though

So on the line-up ive seen, janes addiction is placed over nine inch nails. Think this is the order they'll play?

I think that comment about it might as well be limp bizkit and marylin manson is going a little bit far. I dont know much about Janes addiction. But nin is very modern, and musically always pushing their limits in how theyre live show is presented. Theyre using the most modern technology with theyre live show. Theyre no longer working for the man. And constantly writing about things very in tune with what the human race is facing right now. Now if the sounds are a little bit too heavy for you, thats one thing. But dont bring them down just because its not your style. If i learned one thing from going to sasquatch the last few years is that not one style is barred from showing, and thats part of the brilliance.

I just was able to buy my tickets for the show, and damn does ticketmaster screw you....but anyway, i wanted to pick up a 3 day camping pass. Was thinking about the premiere, but it said there were not any available. Was wondering if they really sold out that fast, or if theyre even on sale yet?
Also anyone have any info if the premiere is really all that its made out to be? I dont mind missing a few showers, and the bathrooms last year in the non-premiere were kinda gnarly by the last day, but its not a huge concern. But i did wonder about the flaming lips "christmas on mars" movie, and was hoping it wasnt only going to be played at the premiere after show. Just was a thought, but either way looking forward to this oh so much! Coming all the way from Hawaii, 3rd year in a row now! Cant wait to see everyone there.

Depending on how long the movie is, they could probably fit it in between sets. Seems like theyd want to show it on the big screens, and it usually takes a good chunk of time for a band to set up.
