It seems unlikely since he's performing in Seattle at the end of March, but with his Vetiver connection could we possibly see an appearance from Devendra Banhart. Always a good festival act.

I just don't see Wilco making a trip from Primavera specifically to play at Sasquatch. The National is a good bet with their recent dates, I just can't get into these guys they just seem like such wussys. As far as TCV, we can all hope and pray but I think Dead Weather is more likely.

I remember there being rumors of Alice In Chains instead of Soundgarden this year. Chains' last date is on May 27th and they have STP on the bill with them. I would definitely welcome those two as this years NIN/Janes Addiction evening.

cool, I saw Yacht open for the Yeah Yeah Yeahs at the Crystal Ballroom, they had some pretty cool visuals being projected on a screen behind them while they were performing. By the end of their set everybody was dancing.

Portland artists Yacht just announced new tour dates. They play BC but no Seattle or Portland shows. I think it would be awesome if Yacht and Starfucker (Pyramidd) got added.

Looking to keep this on subject of rumors. Critically acclaimed or not the date gap and how close their last announced in date and proximity does not lie. Never heard of metacritic before I will check it out hanks for the comment.

The Glitch Mob would be another great act, sound a lot like Bassnectar. They have a date at Coachella but no other festival dates, playing with The Crystal Method on May 27th.

I'm making a prediction of The Crystal Method being a dance tent headliner. Their newest album was probably last years most critically acclaimed electronic album. They're playing no other festivals besides sxsw, and they have a date at Red Rocks in CO on May 27th. I am saying 75 % they will be there at this point.

I say we are going to see a DJ set from Deadmau5. He is playing at both Coachella and Bonnaroo, plus they're rolling the red carpet out for the new dance tent.

The Black Keys are another Bonnaroo band that would be perfect for the Sasquatch Indie crowd. No dates between 4/27 and Bonnaroo have been announced (fingers crossed).

The Bonnaroo lineup is slowly being revealed on myspace as we speak. It being just a couple weeks after Sasquatch I am making a prediction that some bands might wind up at the Gorge too.
Based on the new and improved dance tent announcement this year
Bassnectar (Playing Coachella and Bonnaroo, no other dates between 5/1 and 6/11.) Thievery Corporation (Playing Bonnaroo, no other 2010 dates)
Other Crossover predictions Flaming Lips (When are they not rumored) She and Him (playing Coachella and Bonnaroo, plus M Ward does love the squatch) OK Go (No US dates announced) Weezer (Only listed date is 5/2, it's possible) Gwar (I'm just hoping that we maybe can see some dinosaurs get slaughtered, no other dates besides Roo) Damian Marley & Nas (Could be this years Mos Def)
Lemme know what you think. I can legitimately argue that no one should rip my argument to shreds because none of those bands have dates conflict
