For the record, I have nothing against your opinions, and you are entitled to post them to your heart's desire. But this is a rumors thread, so "WRONG KID DIED" etc., despite their comedic value, really don't inspire me to "take you seriously."
My post was aimed more at your followers than you, but still you manage to incite another one of your famous mudslinging board wars. Props.

I'm sure all of us amongst our friends are considered the musical Hey Zeus so don't get ruffled by HG. Play along and enjoy the ride. Hell all my music collection is on vinyl in a physical format and I've also payed for every piece of it. How many can say that? Only seven hours to go

Well, he is the most active poster, Mr. 37 posts ;-) This board kinda runs on seniority, I've noticed. And most of the time, HG knows what he's talking about. Well other "senior members" of this board (Pea and Know for example) aren't met with brown nosing of the same "oh, you just shat on my favorite band and my intelligence, but I still want you to accept me" nature that people seem to direct towards HG. Pea and Know are cool cats, too. I'm a relatively new poster. I'll let people know when I agree or disagree with them. I myself am an extremely opinionated person. I've even gotten into it a few times with I8--but then again, who hasn't? ;-) Just because I agree with posters, doesn't make me--or anyone else for that matter--a brownnoser. This is a board where we discuss music and our appreciation for festivals. Obviously we're prideful if someone contradicts our beliefs. I think unnecessary arguments happen, yes, but I kind of appreciate HG and other veteran posters articulating the things that the rest of us wont say. And this is in no way meant to be an ego stroking secession for the veteran posters, BTdubs. |

As a regular lurker and occasional poster, I'd like to say that HG is a really invaluable contributor. If not for him and the chaos that he creates, I would just look at know's sasquatch blog and nothing else. That being the case, hats off to HG and Switch for necessitating multiple rumor threads.
