Hmm...speaking of which, one of my friends who goes to UO said that Yeasayer's playing a free show in Oregon. Not sure what the date is though. I need to know when. NOW. last year the show at OSU was on June 5th. Not sure if this is the same thing but Neon Indian and Minus the Bear played OSU and Sasquatch last year so it wouldn't be a complete shock if yeasayer was playing OSU right after sasquatch

It's at UO and I'm guessing it's sometime in early May (It was May 8th last year). The funny thing is that the headliner last year was Phantogram and they were at Sasquatch. Seems pretty likely actually.

Taken from Superfiction over at the Coachella board who works for The End and is a reliable source of info over there and put here because it's gotta go somewhere:
"i just saw the lineup neener neener neener. its good. like really solid. not as good as last year IMO. but there are some nice surprises. no reunions or anything. but some fun stuff i didnt expect"
Makes me feel pretty comfortable, but pretty much eliminates the possibility of any surprising big name headliner.

is it "yay-sayer" or "yeah-sayer?" I always say yay but almost everyone i know says yeah. I always figured it was a play on the word naysayer so i pronounce it "yay"

Wouldn't that be funny. "Yeah, it's okay...I would have preferred The Killers to headline instead of Radiohead, but I guess it's still solid.

I have a feeling that this years lineup will follow the Sasquatch trend of relying on a rock solid second tier of acts to support an average group of headliners.
