ehhhh, the science behind it is pretty questionable so it hasn't really been proven one way or another, but yeah it seems like pretty common knowledge.

Tone is very hard to convey over the internet, so I was just making sure!

My office is about 90% women and I'm pretty sure we've all synced up. And I'm pretty sure the few guys (all managers) we have in the office have caught on to this as the last few months they've managed to bring in chocolate treats and be more supportive at just the right time of month.

Not only do girls sync up, but guys also have monthly hormonal cycles that sync up with each other and with women. No physical pain or the obvious thing, but just a general mild exhaustion and moodiness occurs in men.
Also, yeah davers this is pretty well known.

Not the men thing but the women syncing up thing. Haven't you heard the phrase, "Grow together, flow together?"

Also, yeah davers this is pretty well known. Dammit I knew this 4 years ago, but I was surprised when I found out. Were you seriously like "Oh, yeah, that makes perfect sense" when you found out? It still doesn't make sense to me, and the fact that there is no scientific proof of it makes me feel less stupid for being surprised when I found out.

I was surprised when I found out, yes, and I was like, 13 at the time.

I was still scared of girls when I was 13. I was a late bloomer. I'll have to get this shirt for Sasquatch so you can all find me.

Theres lots of reasons it could occur, especially when you consider that most women's cycles are governed by their birth control. Women don't want to get their periods at certain times of the month (like, say, during music festivals, over long weekends when they might be partying, camping, etc), so it makes sense that over time we may sync up if we are avoiding having periods around the same time.

I'm lazy. I ordered the butane hair straightener from walmart online. Should be here next week.
I think I'm addicted to online shopping.

Getting cool shit in the mail is about as good as life gets! There's nothing even close to as exciting as seeing a package you've been waiting for at the front door. I'm with you.

This is a total recent development for me. But its wonderful when something cool comes in the mail but you have multiple things coming in so you dont even know what it is! It truly is like christmas.. but better, because its shit I really want, and my family isn't fighting. lol

I achieved a hair cut and a new pair of shoes today. My shoes were about to burst at the seams so it is good. And I should have enough time to break them in for Sasquatch. Also, I got a pair of $65 shoes for $32.50.

What kind of shoes do you chicks wear to the festival? Do you bring rain boots just in case? Do you change your shoes when it gets cold at night or just use an all-purpose shoe?

I always bring rain boots just in case, but I have yet to actually wear them. I bring:
-Chucks. Boom. Perfect. -Comfy Sandals. I rocked comfy Tevas in a blue shade this year. They were amazingly comfortable to walk around in all day. They also matched all of my dresses perfectly. -Shower Shoes. These would be those smelly, torn up rubber flip flops you bought 4 years ago at Old Navy on sale for $5. you would only trust them to keep athlete's foot at bay. Because lets face it, they've survived this long. -Quick Slip ons for around the campsite. -AND Toms. These are my favorite pair, but theyre ripped to shit. And I do throw those on at night when the temps drop.
