The only workout I get is chasing rednecks and little kids around in gokarts for a couple hours 4-5 days a week. Feels good man.

Not binge drinking for awhile should help.

I work out a lot and eat well mostly so I can get away with drinking so much beer. Honestly at this point I'm trying to keep things neutral.

Ive managed to lose weight despite the retarded amount of booze I've consumed over the last few months.

I'm moving out of my current apartment that has always had a kegarator full of heavy beer. I honestly can't wait to get away from that damn thing. Too much temptation for this booze hound.

It's pretty crazy how much of a difference beer makes. If I'm training for a race I'll usually drop beer about a month ahead, and I'll drop about 10 pounds easily doing nothing different.

I don't know how much weight I've lost since I've started eating better and working out (only been the last .. month and a half maybe?) BUT I have lost 10 lbs since Boxing Day!
I hope everyone else's weight loss is going great too! Sasquatch is an awesome motivator lol

Of course, some years work better than others, but hey!

A New Year's weight loss resolution is a pretty awful plan. It gives you no target date or real goal to shoot for. Once the festival months start getting closer, I know exactly when I need to reach my goal by and what I need to do to ensure I make it by then. I fucking love the festival weight loss program!

I have been teaching the aquasize class at work lately and even though it is mostly old ladies, I can still kick my own ass in it. I just make the classes harder and the old ladies just half ass it but I get a good workout. I like it way more than I thought I would and I might teach it full time. I did an arms workout last night and my arms are like jello today.

I love aquafit! We used to have the best teacher in Victoria who was so hilarious and upbeat. I wish I could go to your class Souly!

I had a needle prick my arm a million times last night. If yours are jello then mine is pudding haha.
Also, fuck! I wish I had access to a pool. Best form of exercise out there.

I've only taught it a few times but I think I'm pretty good at it. I wish you could be in my class too weenie!!
Pea I'm jealous that you got a new tattoo. I'm in need of some new ink.
Also, best part about my pool is that we only have like 7 staff and it's in a pretty small town. Last night my co worker and I stayed after hours and ate chips in the hot tub and had a peppermint sauna.

For what it's worth, I just bought some dry shampoo from Lush to test out and it works fairly well. It's not going to take the place of a shower when your hair hits the greasy point of no return, but for a bit of a refresher it's quite wonderful! www.lushusa.com/No-Drought/03589,en_US,pd.html In terms of sunscreen, I get really grossed out by how it makes my skin feel. This is the best brand I've found that protects well and is minimally greasy. It comes in both a squeeze tube or spray depending on what you prefer, and can be found at any drugstore: www.neutrogena.com/product/ultra+sheer+dry-touch+sunblock+spf+30.doI hope someone finds these links helpful!

My log knows that Lush products are pretty expensive but they are awesome on my hairBut seriously, I just spent more money than I ever have on hair products from Lush and I love them. I got shampoo, conditioner, and this moisturizer/non-frizz stuff. My hair doesn't really get greasy very easily so I don't normally need the dry shampoo.

My log knows that Lush products are pretty expensive but they are awesome on my hair Haha I actually lol'd at that! Nice. :) I agree - depending on what you're buying there, Lush can be overpriced. The store here in Portland is great about loading me up with samples to take home before I impulsively spend my whole paycheck on shampoo and assorted lotions. :P At the risk of sounding intensely girly (hey, it IS the girly thread) I am obsessed with Lush's 'Sympathy for the Skin' lotion, 'Flying Fox' body wash, and the 'Ro's Argan' body conditioner for in the shower. I will be rocking my fanny pack again this year (stay classy) to keep my valuables safe and accessible. Since the weather is so unpredictable, I will also be packing clothing fit for summer, winter, and monsoon season in Taiwan.
