I'm actually quite surprised the fanny pack hasn't made an ironic comeback yet. It did, honey, they call them "belt bags" or "belt purses" now. Coach, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Lesportsac and Gucci all had/have their own styles. Plus Rihanna was caught wearing a tres chic and expensive one recently. Many are streamline/slim like a bill fold and sit close to the body so they are inconspicuous. I could almost justify that style of fanny pack but then subsequently couldn't justify paying more than my car payment for a fucking mutton fannypack dressed like a lamb belt bag.

By ironic comeback, I'm not talking about a $400 waist purse. I'm talking about an ironic comeback. Neon late-80's fanny packs with a cheap plastic snap to compliment the hipsters' neon sunglasses and neon trucker hats.

Catching up! I cannot shop online. I have to try things on to see how they look on my specific body type. I wish I was loaded and could afford to tailor all of my clothing, but alas and alack, I am not. Last year I got a pair of yoga pants at Target for like 20 dollars or something that are awesome to wear as pants or under a dress. I got two of the same dress in different colors at H&M for 25 dollars a piece and I love them. I wore them all summer. They are not the world's sturdiest dresses or anything, but they are 100% cotton and extremely comfortable. I am all about the comfort level, especially at Sasquatch. Here is one of the dresses (drunk at Loud Friday - if anyone doesn't want me to post their picture please let me know and I will remove it posthaste.): When I pack for Sasquatch I bring a variety of pieces that could work well together. I brought some tshirts, two sundresses, a couple of skirts, pair of jeans, yoga pants, some cheap bracelets I found at H&M, and pajama things. Also lots of socks. I am very spur of the moment and like to be able to choose from things when I get up that day or based on the weather. I also like to have good layers for cold times. Layering a skirt over pants at night is a great way to stay warm and also look cool. I had Chucks and a pair of sneakers for shoes. I like to just shlump around before the fest like so: I am terrible at shopping and I tend to only shop at thrift stores unless I make myself go somewhere else. Right meow I really need a new pair of shoes but since they closed Shoe Pavilion I don't know what to do. I am going to have to suck it up and go to the mall. Souly I am sorry to hear about your breakup. In my experience it is possible to be friends, eventually. I think you just need to have your own space to process things and then in the future if it works out and feels comfortable then you can be friends. Wow this was a long post.

Here is one of the dresses (drunk at Loud Friday ) I love that picture! As you can see, I've got it on my desk at work. (If I need to block anyone's teeny tiny faces, please let me know!) And I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one WASTED when that picture was taken--you seemed to be able to hide it a little better, Stormy, unlike me with my arms flailing all over the place Thanks for bringing up the schlumping part. I also schlump around at the camp site. On average, I'll change outfits 2 or 3 times a day while at Sasquatch and not for fashion reasons, but because that's just how it works. I've got my schlumpy/loungy clothes on before heading to stand in line waste my morning away waiting for a shower. Then I'll change into a sundress, but I'll pack a hoodie and jeans to change into in a honey bucket for when the sun sets inside the festival. I must've been a big baby this year because after 5pm, I froze my ass off. Hoodies saved my life.

Guys I'm clearly the most drunk in that picture. Look at me almost falling over! I think that may have been on purpose, but I'll never be sure. Also, that picture makes me miss you guys so much. And you all have seriously been more supportive than my family about this breakup thing. All my mom said was 'well I guess the honeymoon phase ended'. You guys are the best and I can't wait to do it again next year!

No, I just didn't think about it at first this morning. I have been sick and was in a haze. HG saw it soon after and pointed it out and I then edited it.

Bahaha I see Stormy was prodded by know to edit that picture. I was wondering if he would let that slide. DAMMIT! I was so close! I recognize everyone other than top left and between Souly and Cat. Should I know who those people are? And will I look stupid and like a bad person for not recognizing them?

DAMMIT! I was so close! I recognize everyone other than top left and between Souly and Cat. In between Souly and Cat is a boarder that only has 3 posts, inebriatedbunny. I met her at Sasquatch and ended up seeing her at the Bright Eyes show in Spokane on the Tuesday after the festival as well. She is a really awesome person.

Why is Ryan Dunn hanging out with you guys? Just because he dyed his hair and beard black and faked his death does not mean he can trick me.

whoever that is (I assume FD simply because of references to his beard) has some excellent style.
