oh my gosh. That's the absolute worst. I belong to a FaceSpace group that is called "I crave Chick-fil-a on Sundays" I like to consider it my little support group when I have a hankering for some quality fast food.
The worst part is, though, I gave up meat AND fried food for a few weeks and I've been craving Chick-fil-A like no one has before.

Oh yeah, how has that been going for you? It will be over soon! Honestly, I kind of like doing it. It's like a yearly purge and reevaluation of what I stuff my face with. I enjoy eating healthy and knowing what's going into my body. That said, I, like anyone else, need a good ol' cheesy burger or juicy steak sometimes. Or more importantly, I do have to treat myself with guilty fast food pleasures. However, I'm perfectly fine eating vegetable soup or experimenting with new veggie friendly recipes. I think I've become a better cook these past few weeks. Unfortunately, I don't think I've lost any weight--which was a secret motivation for this whole ordeal.

Never thought I'd say this, but props to Lady GaGa. There's this amazzzzzing fast food joint in the south called Chick-Fil-A (I think its spread westward into mall food courts) and the founder is a really nice, religious, southern type guy, and I think he's even spoken about his distaste for homosexuality, which was disappointing. But I couldn't fault him because A) Their chicken is fucking awesome and B) He is extremely charitable and gives students scholarships if they work there during college. All companies are going to have douchey, corporate, closed minded losers. Sometimes I have to turn the ignorance factor on because otherwise, I wouldn't shop anywhere. Downside: My biggest Chick-Fil-A cravings always seem to happen on Sundays. EDIT: Didn't read through the rest of the thread. Nevermind. Moot point.

No worries, mate. I could go for a Chick-fil-a pig out, too. Thinking about their breakfast makes me want their loverly mini hash browns.
I knew of all people, you'd understand the magic behind Chick-fil-a, my southern buddy.
I could kill a person over their Polynesian sauce. Jus' Sayin'.

If Souly keeps describing her relationship, I might get diabetes over how sweet it all sounds. (this is no reason to stop)

Haha I'd hate to be the cause of your diabetes! But if you knew all the horrible relationships I had to go through to find this guy, you'd say it was deserved. I once dated this schizophrenic guy who would constantly forget who I was.

I'd say you don't have to go through a bunch of crap to deserve a great guy but I guess it's too late. I'm glad you found a guy who knows who you are! I'm assuming he also likes cats.

Haha I know that's not really true, but that's kind of what happened to me. It's only been 2 weeks though, so I guess I don't really know yet. You all know I'll keep you posted. And he's not super into cats, but he doesn't mind them. I keep hinting that if he wants me at his place more, all he has to do is put a cat in it.
