I've seen A-Trak before, but not Armand. And not the two of them together.

I am definitely planning on seeing Duck Sauce. One of my friends has a giant Barbra Streisand cardboard head. It should be awesome.
My only "must-sees" are The Chem Bros and Kanye. After that, its just gravy. My top 10 looks like:
1. Chem Bros 2. Kanye 3. The Strokes 4. Boyz Noize 5. Duck Sauce 6. Magnetic Man 7. Broken Social Scene 8. The National 9. Scissor Sisters 10. Empire Of The Sun
What an insane lineup this year. They totally knocked it out of the park. This is going to be crazy.

I've decided there are only three acts I can't miss, Animal Collective, Kanye West, and the Chemical Brothers. Since they are each playing different nights, when the schedule is released, I won't be disappointed. To finish my top ten: 4. Elbow 5. OFWGKTA 6. Empire of the Sun 7. Cut Copy 8. One Day As A Lion 9. Left Field 10. Duran Duran Another thing I'm looking forward to, sun, mid 80s temps. It's been a very cold and wet spring in Portland. A few things... Not sure if One Day as a Lion has snuck it's way into my "must-see" list, so it will probably take a miracle in the schedule for me to find myself at their entire set, but hopefully they deliver a great show! Like I said before, I would love to see Zach live in any form so I'd like to be able to catch at least a song or 2. I was a bit surprised to see Leftfield in your top 10, not for any reason other than the fact that I've never really known much about them. That inspired me to check into them more thoroughly (I had previously only listened to snippets) and holy shit. I feel much like with Massive Attack that this is another groundbreaking group that I just never got around to checking out. Leftism is making love to my eardrums right now and I might just have to ensure my spot at their set now. Thanks for inadvertently introducing me to them. Leftism is classic. Leftfield, Duran Duran, and One Day As A Lion are in my top 10 mainly because of the novelty of getting to see them. I'm not sure either tours very often. If I knew they were all playing in Portland this summer, I doubt I would see them at Coachella. I kind of want to avoid seeing the bands I've already seen, and catch more bands I've either never seen, or rarely listen to. I caught them last night, and they are a blast. Probably the most energetic horn section I've see, and Joe is a better guitar player than I realized. I would catch them again at the festival, however I do believe I caught one of the greatest/most memorable Black Joe Lewis shows (and they would probably agree), so their Coachella performance would be a letdown for me. Part of the reasons it was so memorable were the guest jazz musicians who were in town, and the strippers who belong to the venue.

Updated top 10 list for me.
1.Chemical Brothers 2.Magnetic Man 3.Bloody Beetroots Death Crew 77 4.Beardyman 5.Cut Copy 6.Animal Collective 7.Leftfield 8.OFWGKTA 9.The Presets 10.Shpongle/Empire of the Sun
Removed Chromeo, Excision, and The National on account of me having seen all of them this year already, but they're all still pretty much must-sees for me.
Added OFWGKTA because I've become slightly obsessed with their antics but know I'll likely never go out of my way to see them by themselves.
Added Leftfield because I've become a huge fan overnight and have heard amazing things about them live.
Added The Presets and Empire of the Sun because both are said to have completely over-the-top shows and I'm in the mood to dance my feet off for 3 days straight.

I really don't get this whole OFWGKTA thing...they are ridiculous. I guess that's kind of the point though? I'll definitely try and check them out if there aren't any conflicts. See why everyone is losing their shit over them.
Cut Copy is so great though, I really hope I will be able to see them

Pea, I like your revised list. There really is something to be said about not seeing the same bands over and over. I love the National, maybe more than you do, but I've seen them enough. It's a similar show each time.
OFKSXGLWGYQKTA - The draw is most of the band sucks, so this might be the last time you get to see them before it becomes Tyler and Friends.
Elbow - A quick word on this band. I like them, I wouldn't go out of my way to suggest them to others. However, they are so gigantic in Europe, they have no reason to ever tour in the US. They can play to crowds of 20,000 over there, yet not sell out a venue of 1,500 over here. I can't think of an American equivalent. Point being, if you are torn between taking a nap or seeing Elbow, you should probably check them out. I doubt they'll be back to the states anytime soon. Look how low on the lineup they are?

Umm it's called my top 10 list, not my "The only 10 bands I'll see all weekend" list. I'm making it my goal to have brand new experiences and see artists that I have never seen before, never will likely have a chance to see again, or both. The National and Chromeo are two of my absolute favorite bands, but I've seen both of them twice this year. Why is it so crazy do that they aren't my #1 must-sees? :/

From what I've heard your head would enter the stratosphere if you attempted this.

Considering Pea's head will likely be in the stratosphere for most of the weekend, I would suggest giving KoL a miss. You can just look at Gunther's majestic wolf shirt.

Looking at his wolf shirt sober for 2 hours will be more entertaining than looking at KoL on high drugs for 5 minutes. Good thing the Chems will be shooting lasers into my eyeballs during that time
