Is everyone just printing off the schedule from the Sasquatch website? I wanted to be able to have the entire schedule with map on a sheet of paper front and back, but I'm having trouble making it all fit. I hope someone else's idea is a way better one than this

They'll have festival guides with the schedule on them at the front gates. Grab a few!

if you are coming from canada, maybe stop by walmart or target and get a $20 verizon phone, buy there $1 dollar per day service and you can call any mobile to mobile free all day I've had a cheap ass prepaid Verizon phone for a couple of years now. If you're on Telus, it's wayyyyyy cheaper to do this. I even spring for the $2 / day plan so I can call my non-verizon (incl. Canadian) friends for free. Seriously, if you're used to getting screwed on roaming charges with Canadian providers, pick up a cheap prepaid phone.

We haven't received our tickets yet. I've been trying to get a straight answer out of music today for a few days now, they keep saying that tickets typically ship 2 weeks before the event and that they'll ship 'soon' as soon as they get them from the box office. It's just over a week away and we don't even have shipping confirmation yet, so they definitely haven't been sent out.
We purchased the shuttle / ticket combo, is anyone else waiting on similar tickets?

We purchased the shuttle / ticket combo, is anyone else waiting on similar tickets? I'm not sure what "music today" is -- is that a third party ticket provider? The only thing I can think of is seeing if they can change the delivery method to the will call option for your passes, and maybe for the shuttle portion provide you with a print-out ticket/confirmation.

Yeah, music today are a third party provider - there are links on the sasquatch site to purchase shuttle / ticket combos through them.
We're coming all the way from South Africa so I didn't want to rent a car or anything to get to the venue. Seemed like the most logical choice at the time. Argh.
The tickets are supposed to ship to a friend of ours in New York. I paid extra for express shipping so as long as they ship in the next few days it'll be fine, but would be nice to know if anyone else is suffering a similar fate.
I'll investigate the will call, thanks for the tip.

Someone mentioned in another thread that they had a similar issue with Music Today. Sounds like Sasquatch may want to look at other options for third party/shuttle ticketing next year.
I had similar issues with Goldenvoice this year and my Coachella tickets. The only advice I have for you is to keep bugging them about it, and perhaps demand to speak with someone in charge instead of the front line agents answering the phones.
A week away without any form of confirmation is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned. Best of luck. I'm sure you'll get it sorted.

I got a little email form CID Entertainment today (who is doing the shuttle). I bought my shuttle tickets and my Sasquatch tickets separately, but my email did say this:
Shuttle wristbands will be distributed before departure. If you purchased a shuttle/ticket combo, you will pick up your festival ticket at the shuttle/festival ticket will call tent. When you get dropped off at the festival grounds, staff will direct you to the will call tent.
That leads me to believe the combos are only will call, but I guess if they said hard tickets were coming, then I guess they are coming. I don't think there IS any hard tickets for the shuttle, I think it's just a list of people. I could totally be off about this though. I bought my shuttle tickets months ago. I already have my Sasquatch tickets from months ago as well.

Yeah im still waiting on my ticket shuttle combo too, but I have just received this email now which im hopefully guessing is correct! Also then what did I pay USPS Global Priority Mail - $14.00 (USD) for? And why the fuck did they not communicate this earlier, instead of having me wonder if my ticket had been lost/stolen for the last month! /vent

Also then what did I pay USPS Global Priority Mail - $14.00 (USD) for? And why the fuck did they not communicate this earlier, instead of having me wonder if my ticket had been lost/stolen for the last month! /vent Almost the exact same thing happened to us when we did Reading in 2007. I phoned CID Entertainment yesterday after receiving that update mail from them and they said there were delays from the box office in shipping the tickets out, so they've elected to send them to the will call tent instead, to avoid everyone worrying about getting their tickets on time. (too late! hah!) They also said that just to print out the email they sent as confirmation and bring that to the shuttle pick up. Though apparently an employee will be there to facilitate the whole process with all of our details. Music Today were nigh on useless with information from their call center and they take days to respond to emails. I don't know why they didn't even say in the email they've sent that x happened and so they've done y. They've left it up to us to assume so much from their communication. I've consistently been treated like a hysterical moron for wondering where the blazing hell our tickets are! Shitty situation man but its wicked that you're coming all the way from South Africa! You're gonna have an amazeballs time. Very excited now though! We are spending a day in Seattle either side of the festival so if anyone has any tips on interesting things to do and see, that would be so awesome

The usual stuff as far as touristy sites in Seattle go...Pike Place Market, Spaceneedle (don't pay to go in it though its a waste of money). As far as nightlife goes, it honestly depends on your age and tastes.

-1 for not using the shift key, but +1 for not making a new thread to ask this question. Yes, there are places to refill empty water containers inside the festival. Containers have to be empty when you enter the festival. Here's the map from last year, this year will probably be the same. The little H2O circles are places where you can refill your water.

In my music blog, I wrote a post answering some basic questions about Sasquatch and I am willing to answer more! I hope it helps people who are planning to go for the first time. melodicmusicproject.weebly.com/blog.html
