Haha that's a devoted fan right there!
Oh, and to elaborate on the Jasmine IPA. They actually add jasmine flowers during the brewing process to give it an authentic flavor. People must like it because it's still in circulation but I haven't met anyone who enjoys it. Elysian Brewing is one of my favorite breweries but they sure try a lot of funky things. Their pumpkin ale is one of the tastiest things that my tongue has ever had the privilege of tasting though. Soooo yummy and belly warming. One of their pubs is right in front of the stadium that the Sounders play in so it's pretty much a staple in my game day festivities.

Definately. When I used to live in Seattle I would always make my way to the Elysian before Seahawks games.

Hell ya! Elysian Fields is one of my favorite places ever. I usually tailgate behind the Hooverville bar for Hawks games, but it's a definite must when the Sounders are playing.

nothing is more off-topic in a thread called 'The Craft Beer Thread' than Coors. The number one selling beer in Alaska is Coors Light. It saddens me.

Poll: What is your favorite summer beer?
Lagunitas IPA is still my year round staple, but there isn't much better than a crunchy Stella in the warm evenings.

To answer your question though, I like Solar Winds by Northern Lights Brewery in Spokane. Its actually a spring seasonal but it's delicious.

I'm glad you're able to have a sense of humor about the whole WRONG KID DIED thing, Switch. I ran into Candi on the street the other night and she was in such a huff about it that she could hardly be civil.

I'm actually meeting up with her before the Portland show.

I just realized that I have been spelling definitely "definately" my whole life. Mind blowing.

To answer the summer ale question. As much as I don't care for baseball, one of my favorite things on earth is putting back a few apricot ales in the Pyramid Brewery beer garden in front of Safeco Field before a Mariners game during the summer. I usually don't like overly sweet beer but that shit is the NECTAR on a warm and sunny day.

There's nothing more mortifying than re-reading a post only to find a ridiculously stupid grammar mistake. I let "are" sit in a post for almost a day before realizing I meant to post "our."

I have never had it since. Something happend, the taste just got to me for some reason.

Probably for the best that I usually limit myself to about 6 per year in that case.
