just grabbed some free tickets to see a screening of the descendants tomorrow! It's been way too long since Alexander Payne released a movie so I can't wait.

We watched some movies this weekend because we were sick. We totally watched The Cell. Haha. Yeah. That is a movie that got made one time. We also watched Captain America and the Green Lantern. Serviceable. But the best thing we watched was Attack the Block. That was a really good movie! I really liked it a lot and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Oh man, I love The Cell. The acting is not very good, but the visuals are great and extremely creepy. That was the first movie I ever bought on DVD.
Over the weekend I saw Bad Teacher and Cars 2. Cars 2 was pretty good. There was some fun action in it, not as good as the first one, my three year old son really enjoyed it though. Bad Teacher was decent enough and had a few laughs. Cameron Diaz was pretty likable in it, but Justin Timberlake was a lost cause.

I watched The Rise of Planet of the Apes last night, and aside from James Franco being the least believable scientist on earth, I absolutely freakin loved that movie. I'm so jacked about the franchise again. I think I'm going to go back and watch all of the old ones again.

Well it isn't going to win any awards but it was a mildly entertaining diversion for an hour and a half.

Since I am posting pretty much exclusively from my phone at the moment I am trying to break down what I have to say to component parts.

Mila Kunis in underwears. This I just watched it on a plane over the weekend and I really enjoyed it! I thought it was charming.
