I don't get Joanna Newsom. I always feel like I'm listening to Rasputina.

I don't get Joanna Newsom. I always feel like I'm listening to Rasputina. I'd say I'm insulted but that's really fucking funny. I can't get enough of her. She's just a really talented musician, composer, songwriter and lyricist, and ambitious as hell. And I've never seen her live, but I don't think there are many bands I'd rather see and haven't.

Double Rainbow Guy is your favorite artist of all time? I have no clue what you are talking about. To clarify: Number one spot goes to Mr. Neil Young.

1. Animal Collective 2. Tera Melos 3. Sharks Keep Moving 4. At the Drive-in 5. Is a tough one. I'm probably just going to have to give it to video game music, and the bands that play it.

That's definitely not an odd combo, at least to my eyes.
