Watain has fire on stage. I approve.
Showbox SODO is pretty decent, Geno, but it's a fucking warehouse and the Paramount is a giant beautiful theater. Sucks for Opeth and Mastodon haha.

Holy shit. I'm getting too old for metal shows. Woke up with a sore neck, sore back, and an excruciating cramp in my calf. I think I'll stick to my dad rock from now on.

God damn. Those Beach Boys tickets are expensive. $125 + fees for any seat. $70 + fees to be waaaay in the back. But it will probably be my only chance to see The Beach Boys with Brian Wilson...

Chapper: THanks the heads up on the Ghostland BHAM show!
Last night went to Absolute Monarchs at the Comet. Really fun show. This Thursday is the Good To Die Records showcase and it will be the first show at Barboza. Sandrider and Dog Shredder there. Should be loud and rad.

Hahaha, I got a free trip to Vegas this summer because of others failing love lives. Good times. As much as we rag on the Black Keys in here, they definitely are fun the first time you see them. Have fun!

I thought they were terribly generic at Coachella, and it was my first time ever seeing them :/

I doubt I'm as much as a music snob as you Pea, so I bet I will enjoy the show just fine

Yeah The Black Keys are kinda boring live. That's why I wasn't on board for them headlining Sasquatch.
And their Coachella show looked exactly like the show I saw.
