All right, so I just got off work driving pizzas all night, and I was thinking it would be cool to have sort of a friendly competition to see who can guess the closest lineup. nothing to do with days, or times, just whoever guesses the most people who actually show up. remember... its not who you like and who you want to be there, it's who will might be showing up whether you like them to or not. I'm thinking we could just throw out maybe 40 different names, because it's pretty obvious we're not going to be able to guess all those uber-obscure twinshadowesque bands. who wants to give it a shot? It's kinda lame cause we have to wait multiple months before the lineup comes out, but we can revive the thread later to see whose the ultimate badass.

Hey i used to drive Pizzas. but i think its too early for me to make 40 official guesses. I think whomever wins acid laced cap the flag is ultimate badass.

acid laced cap the flag? wtf? haha. but anyways yeah driving pizzas ain't all that bad I made like 70 bucks in tips tonight so I'm pretty stoked.
I don't think I'm ready to make my guesses yet either. but just whenever you feel ready let em rip.

yeah, i think we're still a month and a half way before we can start making legitimate predictions.
but for the sake of discussion --- I will make 1: The Decemberists
and with a little luck *Napoleon Skywalker* those guys kill!!! (or so i was told)

way too early to be doing this but here's some completely random guesses
headliners: strokes arcade fire Sigur Ros
not gonna happen but just for posterity: Kanye West returns: Mumford and Sons (with a giant jump to round 5 o'clock mainstage) Neon Indian (mainstage, 3 or so) and hopefully not Edward Sharpe but looking at the lineup it's entirely possible
absolute guesses: Black Lips Deerhunter Cake (new album supposedly) cut copy (new album, February) The Walkmen Horse Feathers Jamie Lidell Big Boi Lupe Fiasco The Twilight Singers The Smith Westerns Cults Best Coast Wavves Das Racist
Methodology: made this from 1. past sasquatch performers 2. Metacritics list of upcoming album releases 3. pitchfork coverage 4. gut feelings

At this point, if by some bizarre twist of fate Napoleon Skywalker were at Squatch, I wouldn't miss their set for the world.
They fucking killed at some dude's bar mitzvah.

Hahaha, I was joking dude. I enjoyed one of his cd's "On & On", because I had no other real options while on a drive from Chicago to Vancouver, BC with my Aunt a of couple years ago. That CD and Iron & Wine's "Our Endless Numbered Days" got extremely heavy rotation, considering my other options were terrible, most notably U2's "How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb".
