think they would fit in at sasquatch? I could see them playing a late night bigfoot set.

That's not happening, no. They're certainly a main-stage sort of band, though.

The Roots are a phenomenal live act. They've definitely gotten more mainstream credit since joining up with that god-awful Jimmy Falon, but they maintain as awesome musicians with a wide range of ability.
I'd love to see them at Sasquatch, and could see them either closing out the Bigfoot stage (the regular line-up, not so much a late night performance) or playing the Sasquatch stage in the late afternoon or early evening. Don't know how likely this is to happen, though.

I think they definitely would deserve to play on the Sasquatch stage, even if it was afternoon or early evening!
By the way, does anybody else find it funny that Sasquatch is picked up as a miss spelled word in the Sasquatch forums??

I saw them play at the RALLY TO RESTORE SANITY AND/OR FEAR this past weekend, by the way.

They need an evening slot on the main stage. I'd love to see them live. Not big enough to be headliners on the main stage though.
