Hi, I'm planning on heading out to Sasquatch for the first time in 2011 from CT. Does anyone have any tips?

Practice your drinking.

Well, you're already on this message board so you're off to a good start. Topspin also makes a good suggestion.
I suggest you buy your tickets early (last year they went on pre-sale in November '09 for the '10 festival) and know that festival passes and camping passes have historically been sold separately. Once you have tickets, just keep up with reading and writing in this forum and you'll be well prepared for the best weekend of your life.

Never take more than you can handle, and ALWAYS KNOW YOUR DEALER.

But if you don't know a dealer and your campsite neighbors are dealers, there's a good chance they won't screw you over since they are stuck next to you for the whole weekend.

Dude's eighteen - perhaps we are giving the wrong advice.
Bring extra socks! Keep your money close to your body! Don't forget to call your mother!

He could be lying though!
Though I imagine if he were lying, he'd probably be YOUNGER than 18.

Holy fucking shit this person was born in the 90's. Full disclosure, I'm only 23, but this still trips me out hard.

Well... You missed the `80's. So you've probably never watched a cartoon that isn't a marketing campaign for trading cards. You've never had to write a research paper without the help of the internet. You most likely read Lois Lowry's 'The Giver' in 11th grade English instead of 'The Catcher in the Rye'. Jim Henson died before you were born. You were two years old when 'Jurassic Park' was released. It's weird.

Actually, I read 'The Catcher in the Rye' but it wasn't an assignment, but since you put it like that, I guess it is weird.

It's not weird if you are a hot female that's over 18 and was born in the 90's. Unless you're my sister.
Wait...
ok yea it's weird
