Since Saturday has become the double headliner day, I would totally love to have LCD Soundsystem play in one of those slots. Or even better, the late night set.
It will be interesting to see if Radiohead finishes their album in time for Sasquatch because Adam Snacks said his goal was to bring Bjork and Radiohead to Sasquatch. He has succeeded in getting Bjork, plus its the 10 year anniversary.
LCD Soundsystem->Arcade Fire would be AMAZING!!!

If the Black Keys aren't in the lineup this year, I will shit bricks. Half of the bricks will be of the "I can't believe it" variety; the other half will stink of disappointment.

I know I'm going to end up seeing an Arcade Fire show one of these days. It had seriously better turn my soul inside out with it's awesome power and sheer spectacle, because the music on its own sure doesn't.

LCD's tour is continuing into 2011, and so far they're not coming any nearer to the NW than Denver. God I'd love to have them at Squatch again, I really would. Preferably in a sub-headlining slot, they definitely need more time. I've been thinking about LCD as a possible headliner (yes) or subheadliner at the least for a couple months now. Their so called "final show" keeps getting pushed back with more festival announcements, and tell me they didn't have a blast at Sasquatch? Was there a more magical moment on their tour than when the crowd did the Teen Wolf, and I mean all the crowd? LCD has to realize this was one of their defining live moments, so why not come back and play a longer show in the dark with their light show? We want them, and they want to be back. If the Black Keys aren't in the lineup this year, I will shit bricks. Half of the bricks will be of the "I can't believe it" variety; the other half will stink of disappointment. good to see ya back on the forums. agreed 100%, finally got into these guys and can't get enough. Finally got into them? I got a bit of a chuckle. This is one band I've not been able to escape since I moved to Portland. I don't even listen to them much, but know most of their songs. However, I'm still pissed they played the same show here two nights in a row. They sold out another show in Portland today, in a couple minutes. They are huge here. Scalpers LOVE them. I8, good to see you back.

I didn't really like the Black Keys at first, either. I tried their first album, went away for a few years, heard Rubber Factory or Magic Potion, and it all made sense.
HG: I'm trying to think of another person I've ever heard say they don't like the Arcade Fire and nothing's coming up. In any event, I saw them last Sunday in Berkeley. Incredible.

Last weekend I saw James at the Wonder Ballroom. THAT was incredible. Always a pleasure to see a group of musicians that's been playing together for 25+ years really hit a groove like that.
And Portland went BITCHCAKES for it. The only time I've seen a performer get the reception that Tim Booth got in this town was when David Byrne played the Schnitz. Possibly the best show I've seen all summer.

Saw M.I.A. last night here in Portland. Fucking awesome. Hopefully she makes the festival rounds again now that they're letting her in the United States again.

MIA was madness in 2008, I made the mistake of moving way up to the front at the beginning of the day and didn't move at all before her set. When she started calling people up to the stage, I've never experienced a worse feeling of "oh shit am I gonna be crushed to death?" in my life.
