If Sublime plays I'm buying all 20,000 festival passes and giving them back to the 90's.

Was the Jaguar Love set last year any good? I couldn't make their show due to the conflict with The Heavy. Their music is kinda funny, and reminds me of Ghostland Observatory who I love. Speaking of which, they're due back for another Sasquatch performance. Let's go GLO!

Wow, welcome to the board peacefulchick, it's a classy kind of place here, not only will you be given friendly tips on how to navigate your way around the board, but six or seven other people will be sure to chime in with additional helpful advice.
Also I find it inconsistent that peacefulchick's comments get ripped beyond ripped, but this one walks,
"If Sublime plays I'm buying all 20,000 festival passes and giving them back to the 90's."

Who I'd love to see this year, 2011:
Repeats (that are somewhat feasible [ie not headliners]): Booka Shade LCD Soundsystem The Very Best Broken Social Scene Passion Pit Neon Indian Dirty Projectors Caribou The XX
Non repeats: Radiohead Daft Punk Flying Lotus Cut Copy STS9 Teebs Shapeshifter Toro Y Moi Arcade Fire Thievery Corporation Aeroplane The Octopus Project
plus a bunch of great new music to get exposed to at the festival

if they brought back LCD Soundsystem they had better be a damn headliner this time. they were put in an insulting timeslot last year. Arcade Fire would be amazing but I'm willing to bet they're too big for sasquatch now.

God, if I had a nickel for every time someone made this exact post... BRING BACK LCD! ARCADE FIRE! AW BUT SHUCKS DEY PROBS TOO BIG NOW!! Its like that South Park episode with the racist flag. ''I think its racist, BUT it IS part of our history...'' ''I think its an important part of our history, but it IS racist...''

Poor peacefulchick. However, I'm sure she gave up on the board long ago.

Any one see Deerhunter off their recent tour? In a perfect world I would love to see them on the mainstage after the sun goes down. I've seen them in clubs before and the shows are always amazing, but saw them in the daylight at a fest and while they still sounded great, I missed the darkness and lights. Mainstage and dark is unlikely, but I'll be excited if they are there in any capacity.

I'm in a wishful thinking kinda mood today, Jonsi just annouced he will be putting out a live album and DVD (Nov 29). It would be great to have him there. Saw Sigur Ros' late night set at Bonnaroo in '08, wow.

I have yet to see Sigur Ros live, but I caught Jonsi when he came through Seattle and it was easily one of the most powerful live performances I've ever seen. I'd love to see him again regardless of who he is playing with.

Friend of mine went to a Deerhunter show a couple weeks ago and said he was honestly rather bored by it (and he's a big fan and has seen them 5 times before)
