Tuesday morning as people were getting their shit packed up, a very sad and tired looking girl was walking around the campground passing out missing person fliers, for some (maybe?) Korean looking kid who went missing on Sunday night. Anyone know anything about this, or know if this dude was found?
Google isn't helping, but man that was the saddest girl I've ever seen and it really put a downer of a bookend on an otherwise incredible weekend.

that really made for a bittersweet and rather unsettling exit from the best weekend ever. everyone in my car fell silent for about 5 minutes when we finally got close enough to read one of them. i don't know what happened with that situation either, i'm hoping that no news is good news?

Yeah, I've really been hoping he was still riding some acid trip and hiding in a tent somewhere with a cute little Sasquatch girl. The fliers were bad enough, but I'll be dead before I forget the look on the face of the girl that was looking for him (I think it was his sister).

I was going to start a thread for the same reason. I spent 30 minutes surfing the internet trying to find any news on this. I even went to the local newspapers, and was surprised that I couldn't find anything about Sasquatch at all, or any missing persons? I'm going to agree with Peatrick, and assume no news means good news.
I saw the missing person flier taped to the gate exiting the campground. I probably thought about it for a couple hours on the way back home.

It was a dude. A dude named Shannon. It's a unisex name, and although his features were slightly feminine the girl looking for him clearly indicated that it was a dude.

seriously?? the person in the picture had long hair and definite feminine features. interesting...
to be honest i don't feel as worried about it now as i did when i thought it was a girl. god knows what can happen in an environment like that when a female ends up in the wrong hands.

it's very easy to get lost at the amphitheatre/campground if you get split up from your group, hopefully this was just a case of that kid's cell phone battery dying or something and he couldn't find his way back right away. seeing those fliers got me thinking about how lucky i was to have such a great weekend, but someone else's weekend was god awful worrying about their loved one. some girls in the campsite next to us lost their car keys on friday and didn't find them until monday, i think they were too afraid to leave the site thinking they'd be found and their car stolen if they left.

a girl we were camping with broke down at a gas station in quincy and had to hitchhike the rest of the way into the venue. she paid the manager like 50 bucks to not tow her car over the weekend but she was pretty worried about it the whole time. sucks when you have something like that in the back of ur mind and u can never really relax and enjoy the time to it's fullest.
