Just speaking hypothetically, if one were under the age of 21 but wanted to bring some alcohol to Sasquatch, would they be able to get away with it? Do they check what you bring in your car before you enter the campground? Thanks beforehand.

they will not search your car... you will get booted if you get caught drinking or facilitating drinking for a minor...

You WON'T get booted if you get caught drinking. I wouldn't be blatantly obvious about it, But you'll be OK. I was underage at Sasquatch 2006 and i brought a keg. You should be more worried about finding your tent afterwords!

I stress the getting caught part, which would be difficult. Don't be an idiot and you'll be fine.

Some years I have seen underage kids being marched right out the front gates for drinking. This was at like 1:00pm on Saturday, so it's possible they were just trying to make an example of someone.
Cop presence is almost non-existent inside the venue, but the Beverage Enforcement goons are WAY up in your shit if you're drinking out of unauthorized containers so be super careful or you might miss the party.

Those Beverage Enforcement oafs are real dickheads. I've seen them wrestle people to the ground and roll half way down the hill, knocking people in the head with their flailing limbs, all the the name of keeping the crowd "safe." Do not give them a reason to hassle you. Luckily, they are only found in the concert venue. The campground has its own gang of thugs, but in my experience they aren't nearly as vicious. Their presence is almost non-existent. Just because they don't bother most people doesn't mean they won't bother you, though, so again use a bit a caution and you'll be alright. You're much more free to do as you please in the campground than the venue.
