There's a V.I.P. entrance, which is a clusterfuck just like the regular entrance. Seriously, if you pay for V.I.P. ANYTHING at Sasquatch then you got suckered.
'Here, try these V.I.P. chikkin strips! 22% less gristle!'

(VIP is not the same as premiere for those who are wondering)

VIP Parkers, premiere campers, VIP's... all of the above...
From what I've read, also anyone else who stands in that line.

Oh I see. Hmm. I line up at the gate early to get in and get a spot on the terraces, but those fuckers always get in first.

Did I pay more for more space, shorter walk, better view, shuttle option, alleged more shower options for premiere camping? Yes. Was it worth it? For me, yes. I like to spread out and have the option to fall asleep by midnight in a mostly-silent area. Did I miss out in the 'experience'? Can't say for sure... Cuz I had the best festival experience in my life. Anything further would be a bonus.

Yeah, anyone can get in that line. I have no problem with that. My problem lies with the slow-as-balls douche bags who inspect every damn person down to their moles and freckles before they let them in.

They should hire those guys for the TSA at airports.

Yeah some guys are fast and some are painfully slow. I only bring blankets and make everyone else bring all my stuff so I can get a spot.

I used premiere last year and I thought it was well worth it. I got a warm shower every morning and the shuttle was very convenient after a long day of standing and watching bands. It was a very short walk into general camping where the party was happening.

One of the best parts of Sasquatch is the mass exodus from the venue to the campgrounds at the end of each night. I wouldn't miss that for the world, and I certainly wouldn't pay to miss it.

God damn if that isn't the absolute truth. Especially when most of crowd is following a certain herd of unicorns.

does the convenience store by the gates sell alcohol?

They do sell beer... but they run out. Bring more than you will need.
In years past, we have driven into town for booze or breakfast tough, so there is always that.

If you run out of beer, I'll pick some up for you when I run into town to hit the IHOP. You can totally pay me when I get back, no big deal.

Haha, thanks for volunteering my services... but this year, we have no car and are renting an RV. So I will not be driving anywhere after we arrive.
