[/img] Thanks for the schedule, doumak. If I can throw in any criticism, people read pages from top to bottom, not the bottom to top, so shouldn't the headliners be at the bottom of the page, assuming people are going to print these for their own personal use? Also, its Patton Oswalt, not Oswald. Otherwise, great job!! No festival in the history of American music gatherings has ever organized and printed their schedule with the headliners at the bottom. I can only assume that you have never attended any festival, ever, and you therefore CANNOT throw in any criticism. First off, nice work with the upside sched! Clever indeed. But, I would have to disagree with you on this one I8. The Lollapalooza schedual from 2007 runs top to bottom with the headliners at the bottom. Attachments:

SCREW SASQUATCH PEOPLE FOR SCHEDULING PAVEMENT AT THE SAME TIME AS DIRTY PROJECTORS. Seriously. That's the worst thing they could have done. That aside, thanks for this document. I have the app, but this is way easier to read.

I have the app, but this is way easier to read. I'm with you on that one definitely (as you may have read on another thread where i said this in a larger font). Those two were the top 2 bands there for me this year. DP's are amazing live too. But oh well, DP's should be around for a while, but I'm only going to get to see Pavement exactly 4 times in my life and never again with the backdrop of the Gorge.

C3 has always done the upside down schedule. They do it for Austin City Limits as well. If you live near Chicago, or Austin, and don't get out much, you'll probably think this is the only way to do it.
On the flip side of the argument, sometimes we forget the true meaning of common words. "Headliner."

1.) Is that Muse headlining their festival? I'd put them at the fucking bottom, too.
2.) I'm prepared to admit that I was wrong, peatrick. Clearly there ARE festivals who put headliners at... the bottom of the page?
3.) That said, any WA music festival worth its salt -- Sasquatch, CHBP, Bumbershoot -- puts headliners at the top of the page. (You know, like... a headline. Thanks knowidyuh.) So even though there ARE festivals that put headliners at the bottom of a schedule, I'm just gonna amend my earlier point and say: "YOU CLEARLY HAVE NEVER BEEN TO SASQUATCH SO YOU THEREFORE LACK CREDIBILITY IN CRITICIZING SOMEONE ELSE'S HARD WORK IN COMPILING THIS SCHEDULE."
4.) I legitimately demand some kind of commendation because I am way too drunk to have typed this without typos.

Bonnaroo prints the same as Lolla and most fests too.
I suppose Roo and others have elected to give the reader this strange logistical time line path that allows them to see the day as time itself (I know I8, so fucking irrelevant these days) flows in a day. I'm with I8, does it not just make more sense, like for example - goddamn books! Put the ending at the beginning already! It's the most important part, right? Just like a headliner at a festival. Fuck all your "conformed" approach to the space time continuum!

As for Sasquatch, I've only missed 2 since the 2002 and I prefer to read a schedule top to bottom, not bottom to top. Deal with it.

That sounds like a lot of Sasquatches you've attended! And yet you seem to want to impose your "people read it from top to bottom" rule on a schedule that is released the same way year after year. WILD.

thats pretty easy, just see MGMT and She & Him since the other bands tour all over the place a lot more often. i'm not aware of MGMT ever playing washington state before.

WILD. I never intended to impose anything, reread my initial post. Personally, I think it makes sense to read a schedule from the top to the bottom, as that is how we are trained to read. You disagree. Why do you have to be a dick about it?

I feel like I've covered why I'm testier than usual.
But more to the point: Here is a guy who responded to our impassioned pleas for a schedule, who handled our stress and anxiety and frustration with Adam Zacks holding up two middle fingers at fans with a mouthful of Steve Jobs' dick, by taking the time to make a schedule and share it with us in the format Sasquatch has used for years... and you ask him to flip it because you like reading it a different way.
So that, plus my already deteriorated mid-finals mental state, should explain why I have to be a dick about it.
