Well, they just added The Heavy to the mainstage on Monday. I guess this thread is going to be put to rest now.

1) Flaming Lips 2) Atoms for Peace 3) Broken Bells
Unfortunately Broken Bells may be the only reasonable even that seems like a longshot

The video on their website is really cool as well. How can you go wrong with dancing skeletons playing instruments. KICK ASS! www.theheavy.co.uk/

Arcade Fire is a pipe dream, their first show this year isn't till the beginning of July.
Pipe dreams are the most epic when they come true though

Lat spot is now full by the sounds of it, which increases the pipe dream factor to 11...

I downloaded the newest Heavy album and it's really really awesome. Will be buying it tomorrow. I love new discoveries! HOLY SHIT!!! Listened to it 4 times since they were announced yesterday and it is amazing!!! The rock n' roll soul of King Khan and the Shrines with the backbeat of The Black Keys...so good. I'm glad there are minimal Monday conflicts because this band is a MUST SEE.

Was hoping for a bigger or better name, or even one that I actually knew, for a late main stage add. I'll give this a chance later, though; certainly many of you seem taken with it.

I agree with Interstateeight in The Heavy not being a band that I was hoping for, but after a few youtube listens, plus the Letterman set, I have to say that this is a solid add. I will definitely be sitting on the hill listening to these guys.
TV on the Radio crossed with King Khan and the Shrines.
