if anybody 18+ from Canada asks me to buy them alcohol I'll gladly oblige. But I'm not going to go out of my way to do it.

Awesome man. Thanks for the tips. I wasn't aware of the 21 wrist band Yeah, I was super subtle about it last year and was kicked out, so as pathetic as this might sound, I'd say get all your drinking done before heading into the festival, though it'll be one fucking hard day in the sun if you try that.

I think I only really "drank at the festival" the first day. Maybe a beer or two the other days, but nothing crazy. Water is your friend, and available for free. Bring an empty bottle, and save yourself some money.

Just a regular music lover from Canada who's not used to being underage. I don't understand what you mean about grocery stores though? Sorry, the grocery store thing is in relation to the fact that beer is available at grocery stores in the US. Whereas us Canucks have to trot off to a "Liquor Store", or "Liquor control board, or beer stores" for those unlucky few who live in provinces where liquor is not privatized.

You were kicked out of the festival for the day? Now I'm wondering if I should sneak alcohol in.

I think it would've been actually for the whole festival, but luckily, it was the last day I got kicked out. The security guards were even like "you're lucky that's all we're doing, by [whatever county the gorge is in] law we could've done [something way worse]" I couldn't remember all the details of that quote as I was extremely depressed about the fact I was getting kicked out.

cant beat the price at 18 bucks a bag, oh wait. yes you could. pretty sure it was mentioned earlier that ice was $2/bag. Don't quote me on that, as I myself did not purchase any, but I'm pretty sure tons of people on the board can attest.

I know for a fact that a bag of ice is cheaper than $5. I remember getting one or two bags and all i had was a $5 bill.

oh i replied after you answered. i never left the page before sorry about that. and thanks a lot. i got worried it was gonna cost an ton.
i plan on driving out with some cheap cases of lionshead from pennsylvania. $13 a case for a cheap pilsner. tastes better than all the light/not-light-but-shitty beers, and it's SO cheap.

Hey there, I have a question if someone more Sasquatch-savvy than myself could answer. My bf and I have a camping pass, but since we dont have a car we're getting dropped off and picked up at the festival. From what I've read it seems like it's mostly car camping, so how easy would it be just to walk in and set up camp? Just wanted to make sure.
