Boys are lucky. I plan on keeping only drinking enough to not get dehydrated.

NO SOULY BAD. HYDRATION IS KEY. Every fuckin year they have to drag people unconscious from the pit because they didn't drink enough water. You wanna be pissin' clear at the end of the day or you're not doing it right.
And if you choose to piss in a bottle instead of being a normal human being and going to the Honey Buckets, then you are disgusting.

You can use the Sheewee!
But seriously I bet if you asked your neighbors really nicely they would hold your spot for you.
Or stand with Switchy and take turns!

What exactly again is the point of being in the front row? Ya know, aside from being 13 years old and not knowing any better...

Having seen the Lips (look, I avoided the on purpose) from pretty much the front row (2nd or 3rd as people pushed around) I can tell you its really not much different because the entire show is directed at the whole crowd. Really, you dont even get hit with as much confetti since its all aimed further back. MM is another story, I would totally be down to see MM from the front, but I know that at best I can not pee for maybe 3 hours as sasquatch with the huge amounts of water and booze I am drinking.

One of my top three Lumpy™ Photos, is the one of you standing at the front of the crowd looking like you just expired. Priceless.

That photo is a bittersweet one for me. At least it made a good picture! I'm glad you enjoy it.
Kid Cudi, you literally killed me. It was way too much for a 13-year-old to bear. Actually, I could've seen myself getting truly injured had I been in the midst of that at age 13.

If it gets bad, I'll leave.. It all depends on the day really. I've done 14 hours on the barrier before, and that day is only 12 if I get there when the first band starts.
I can't really explain what it is about the front for me. I'm not one to push my way to the front, so I usually end up waiting outside the venue to make sure I get it. For one, It's a lot easier to stand for long periods of time, and there's no one to block your view. I've been to a lot of shows where I was a few rows back too, but I will alway like the very front.
Then again, I am only 13, so maybe I'll grow out of it.

I know. I wasn't saying you were. I was just making fun of the fact that I like the front, and I am aware that it's not 'cool' haha.

I spent my first sasquatch trying to get as close as possible and while it had some benefits (high five from Kanye), every year since I've been more than content just getting into the inner barrier. The front row is cool but the difference between being in row 1 and row 20 is really not that significant and it's really easy to leave and then come back if you're willing to be in row 20

I love that moment of getting into the inner barrier so much. It is the hugest victory at the time!

it's such a good feeling. One of the things I love about sasquatch is that it's 20,000+ people but I can get within 50 yards of the stage at pretty much any point during the day with just a short wait. Only once or twice have I been turned away at the inner barrier

I love that fucking hill (not the Decemberists' one. Though that one is cool too)! I am going to Bonnaroo and a few peripheral cities with my brothers and some friends this year so despite some already limited funds and the fact that no one is gonna follow me to Sasquatch, I am coming back for a piece of that sweet sweet hill. My favorite spot was near the mid walkway. SOFA KING fun to dance with a view such as the Gorge in front of you. It was a special moment(s).
On a pure amazing bonus, I've met some rad people on the board here and getting to share some laughs, drinks and shows with them has equaled my Hill excitement. Sasquatch, da best.
