The dance tent will be overflowing during the Krafty Masters.

I would love to see MSTRKRFT but I would never skip Modest Mouse for them.

Yeah I'm eagerly anticipating the schedule release. Modest Mouse better be worth missing MSTRKRFT for if thats the way it goes down. I don't plan on watching a moment of the DCFC show and I'll definetly skip Wilco for Major Lazer.

Do alot of you all do this? Its all a matter of personal preference, but I've always felt it better to catch 1 band in their entirety. Unless of course its something shitty like Ben Harper and i'm forced to find an alternative. I've been asking myself if I have the willpower to split sets this year or not.

Wilco/Major Lazer is going to be a split-second decision based on how much energy I have left on Monday night after Bassnectar on Saturday and the Lips on Sunday.
Pretty sure Modest Mouse is gonna bring their D-game to Squatch. I'm not optimistic.

Everyone in my group has high hopes for Modest Mouse. I'm keeping expectations in check. I'm not going to get too deep in case you're right I want a quick out to something better.

If you are in any sort of mood to dance I say go to major lazer. Probably the most fun I have every had watching at a DJ show.
Does anyone know if it will be Diplo and Switch? I saw them last year and it was just Diplo and the hype guy, but at Squamish Live (in Aug) it specifically says 'Diplo + Switch' on the poster. I'm pretty interested to see if the show changes much with both DJs.

When Modest Mouse last played at Sasquatch they were fucking terrible.

I really wish Major Lazer was not on Monday night when I am all assed out from the weekend. I generally like to catch the whole act, but I do make exceptions. I really wish I had a schedule. hopefully they won't wait until two days before like Coachella.

I'm hoping they'll be better, now that that out-of-place fossil Johnny Marr left.

Splitting sets is generally shitty but last year I had to do it given that The National and The Hold Steady were playing at the same time. Watched 30 minutes of The National and all of The Hold Steady. That was a tough decision to make, but I had seen both bands before and The Hold Steady are better live.

Fortunately (??) there are few enough acts that I give two shits about on the bill this year that I'm not too concerned about conflicts.
I guess it IS still Sasquatch, though... I'm sure the set times will manage to piss me off somehow. Which reminds me, has GBV pooped WKD from their sub-head slot yet...?

I think it is a travesty that GBV are so low in the lineup. You kids have some respect for your elders!

Well, the thing is, GBV isn't that popular with anyone else but the "Super indie people". This year especially it looks like they're trying to appeal to the more mainstream crowd. Bright Eyes is one of those bands that appeal to that certain crowd.

It's disgusting for sure. At the very least GBV should be headlining the Bigfoot. I'm so sad I am missing them this year. Oh well...
