NO! EDIT: Just fucking with you Peatrick. Foo Fighters is correct. The dude in the picture is William Goldsmith. Dave Grohl kicked his ass to the curb. I imagine the reason he looks so sad is because he’s the drummer for Sunny Day Real Estate instead of the Foo Fighters

Maybe The Thermals since they've had 4 different drummers?

Correct!!! The band's name was inspired by the subtitles of the movie The Gods Must Be Crazy, in which the clicking sounds of the Bushmens' Khoisan language were represented as "!". There can only be one shirt. I’d love to see you and Gunther both try and fit into it.

I like what you guys are up to here. Thought I'd throw my two cents in...
1. Iron & Wine - never seen him before, never got into his stuff that much until I heard the new album, and it's blowing my mind daily right now. oh yeah, and moving to the mainstage just puts it over the top, definitely my pick for best show of the weekend. 2. Flaming Lips (Soft Bulletin) - i'm already feeling myself disintegrate. 3. Wolf Parade - maybe last show ever... until the inevitable coachella reunion in 2023. 4. Local Natives - killed it last year in the early afternoon on the wookie stage, killed it even harder at the sold out Showbox in the fall, and are totally primed to kill it in the sunshine on the mainstage on saturday. 5. !!! - I like my dance music with at least a few actual instruments, thank you. 6. The Head & the Heart - more like the head and the hype! oh, dis!! seriously though, we'll see if they live up to all these sold out shows around town. 7. White Denim - for some reason these guys aren't big even though they totally kick ass. super-tight three piece, all talented musicians, if I were a pretentious douche I would probably describe them as "indie/garage rock with a proggy twist" but really you should just go listen to them and make up your own mind. 8. Reggie Watts - shitfuckstack anyone? 9. Ratatat - never seen them before, I'm glad there's finally a late-night band that I want to see... assuming they are in the late night slot on Sunday. 10. Foster the People/GIVERS/Pepper Rabbit/Gayngs/The Radio Dept. - these are all bands that I had never listened to before the lineup came out but have checked out and am definitely intrigued by. Could be good, could suck... but they are collectively my number ten because I think chances are one of them is going to be mind blowingly awesome.
bands that might have made this list if I hadn't seen them multiple times already: Modest Mouse, Yeasayer, Deerhunter, Wilco, the Decemberists
and to get it off my chest, the top five I am NOT looking forward to seeing... 1. Flogging Molly - WTF is up with the booking here? maybe there's hordes of FM fans out there ready to mosh to fiddlepunk, but last year we had LCD Soundsytem burning a hole in the sky in this slot JUSTSAYIN. 2. Pink Martini - same story here, an uninspiring novelty band listed surprisingly high in the lineup. maybe they'll actually play before wolf parade, that would be nice. 3. anything on Friday... seriously Sasquatch, that extra $100 over last year's cost is kinda like a kick in the nuts right now. (but if you add TV on the Radio all will be forgiven) 4. Cold War Kids - heard the new album? yeah... 5. K-Os - makes the list mostly to illustrate the shocking lack of a hip-hop presence at this year's festival. outside of this talentless hack, we have hipster hop on the smallest stage and (drum roll....) macklemore. and that's it. nothing on the mainstage AT ALL. how are we supposed to have crazy dance parties on the hill without any dance music on the mainstage?!? gosh....
