What are the re-entry policies?

I was always skeptical about leaving the campground and coming back in, but if this is true then I am so much more excited. I've really wanted to go into the river on one of those super hot mornings, and even grab some breakfast somewhere would be great.
As far as re-rentry into the concert, it's a good idea but I'm trying to see a spot in the schedule where there isn't someone I want to watch perform. Maybe Sunday between Tallest Man on Earth and Tegan and Sara...although Girls could be a good show. Paying sucks, but it beats the option of not being able to leave at all.

This is a HUGE step forward if this is the case. I would totally pay to be able to go back to my campsite for abeer, a nap, whatever! Also with regards to taking the car out of the campsite, both times I've been to Sasquatch we've gone on beer and ice runs and there have never been any problems.
