Bowie would be...sigh....so amazing. Love him.
Others I would love to see:
AIR Sigur Ros Phoenix (would be my 2nd time seeing them. They played an amazing show at the Greek Theater in LA the day after my birthday!) Metric (same as Phoenix) Lykke Li Black Rebel Motorcycle Club M83 (were so amazing last year, would love to see them again) Band of Horses Bat for Lashes Miike Snow Empire of the Sun Beach House Goose Broken Social Scene Beck Caribou The Clash (if only Joe Strummer were still alive...it's a wish list) Cut Copy Daft Punk Justice Death from Above 1979 Dinosaur Jr. Foo Fighters (I've wanted to see them live ever since I was a kid, despite the fact that I'm not crazy about their new stuff) Hot Chip Late of the Pier M. Craft Lauryn Hill would be pretty amazing We could all get sensual and sexy with Sade Musee Mecanique Pelican Peter Bjorn and John Phil Collins (I'm sorry, I love him.) Pinback Prefuse 73 The Presets Radiohead and/or Thom Yorke Ratatat Say Hi Sea Wolf Sebastien Tellier She & Him The Shins Simian Mobile Disco Van She The Von Bondies Working for a Nuclear Free City Massive Attack The Roots Japandroids (I don't know how they could top the intimate, super fun show they played at a local bar in my hometown, but it would be interesting to see them on a bigger stage, with better sound.) Yacht Spoon El Ten Eleven Royksopp Wilco A string quartet playing Phillip Glass compositions. ATTN

Awesome choices btw (though sadly many of yours, and mine, wouldn't really be festival material).

Their live show is supposed to be pretty great as well Crown on the Ground is so fucking explosive I just about jump through the roof every time I hear it. It may get a little repetitive after awhile, but for now I love it. Honestly, a song hasn't pumped me up so much since I first listened to 'Killing In The Name Of' back when I was 14. I think that song created so much testosterone in my body that it got me to finally hit puberty

This isn't suppose to be listed in particular order.
Wolf Parade Band of Horses Beirut The Arcade Fire Starfucker (I guess Pyramid now) Nada Surf Vampire Weekend Ratatat Deadmau5 Noah & the Whale She & Him Regina Spektor Feist Rilo Kiley Tegan & Sara The Shins Sufjan Stevens The Subways Best Coast Aesop Rock Atmosphere Bright Eyes Electrelane Bibio The Blow Breathe Owl Breathe Broken Social Scene Deer Tick A Hawk and a Hacksaw Ra Ra Riot Cold War Kids Yacht
It would be so sick if a couple of these bands made the lineup.

Here's a wish: The National plays the main stage just before Pavement comes on, and they play So Far Around the Bend for the "praying for Pavement to get back together" line.
